Oh wow I really Enjoyed that June it brought back so many amazing memories. I moved to Spain 6mths ago from the U.K. which I love one side the view of the mountain and the other side when I step out to the view of the ocean so calm and peaceful . I came across insight timer a week after I got here through someone I have followed on his app for years and it has put me on an amazing Journey of meditation am and pm now 7 days a-week . I love love your hangs-out on a Friday night great fun love your energy.
Then I listen to this sleep story last night and wow it took me back to when I went to those markets in London all of them I have been to trying out loads of different foods meeting interesting people . I was there with you walking around and hearing the back ground of the market people was great . And then you mention the floating market in Bangkok oh wow I’ve been there 3 times and love it there so you took me back when I arrived and went the the market first and the Thai people calling us in to sell what they had and the banter with them then the boats selling every thing it was amazing I love Thailand great memories to .
I drifted of to sleep so calm and happy and when I work up I had a dream I was there again like I was walking into one place to the next . 🙏🙌😍🥰💃🏻thank you 🙏
