Hello beautiful souls.

This is June Bee and welcome to an amazing night's sleep.

Thanks for being here for another in the series Bedtime Affirmations with June Bee.

Affirmations are positive statements you repeat or listen to.

They are practiced before and or during sleep.

Practicing affirmations helps you boost self-esteem and positive thinking,

Letting the sleeping brain calm down by getting rid of negative thoughts.

Practicing affirmations is effective during sleep because they allow us to bypass the conscious mind and speak directly to the subconscious or unconscious mind.

This is a highly effective and powerful way to communicate our desires to the universe.

As our subconscious mind at this time is incredibly powerful and influential.

While you sleep your brain stores new memories and thought patterns.

While toxic and unnecessary information is removed.

While we are sleeping the subconscious absorbs and believes every affirmation.

Because at this point there is nothing blocking the subconscious mind.

By reaching only the subconscious mind it is possible to change not only your attitudes and beliefs also to turn around a negative mindset.

That's why affirmations while we are sleeping are so extremely powerful.

Listening to these affirmations while sleeping can change the way you think.

That's why sometimes it is referred to as sleep programming.

The way to let these affirmations work well is to listen to them every night and let them wash over you and help you to reprogram the negative thoughts with positivity,

Love and healing.

I will say these affirmations and then repeat them until the end of the track.
