Jazmine Russell is a holistic practitioner and mental health educator. She is the creator of DEPTH(Deep Emotional Processing and Trauma Healing) sessions, which combines embodiment, meditation, spiritual/energy work, and compassionate dialogue. She is the co-founder and co-director of The Institute for the Development of Human Arts (IDHA-NYC.org), a non-profit that merges professional and lived experience of mental health issues to advance transformative and rights-based mental health education.
