And now draw your attention to the top of your head,

And imagine that a glistening silver star from the cosmos descends to meet this part of you.

It shimmers like a brilliant diamond,

Casting a soft mystic glow through the evening atmosphere.

And as it meets the crown of your head,

It sends a cascade of peace throughout your entire headspace.

Envision this luminous glow pervading your entire head,

Relaxing all the small muscles around your eyes and in your forehead.

Relaxing your jaw,

And quietening your thinking mind,

Bathing your entire head in deep peace and well-being.

And then allow this cosmic light to fill the rest of your body,

Blowing through every cell,

Every muscle,

And every bone,

Inch by inch,

Bringing ease and relaxation to the whole of you.

Your shoulders relax,

Your arms relax,

Your chest,

Your breath,

And your belly relax.

And any tension in your back begins to untangle,

Melting within the presence of this ethereal silver light.

Allow this light to complete a full journey through your entire body,

Traveling all the way down to the soles of your feet,

Soothing every part of you that it passes.

And now imagine that your whole body is cocooned in this luminous silver starlight,

Nourishing your physical body and your mental body.

Let go of any stress or tension held in any of these layers of your being to this radiant light,

And as you grow lighter with each exhale,

Envision this cloud beginning to carry your consciousness towards the cosmos,

Ascending through the atmosphere above you and into the glistening night sky.

As you take this journey,

Know that your physical body will relax,

Know that your physical body will remain rooted,

And you can reconnect with its grounded presence at any time.

Allow your inner eye to widen to the journey that's unfolding.

As you witness yourself as light as a feather,

Floating upon a cloud into the stars and cosmic realms beyond.

All around you is a deeply enchanted cosmic expanse,

A realm where kaleidoscope galaxies swirl in a whimsical tapestry of vibrant colors.

Their spirals shimmer with radiant hues of sapphire,

Emerald,

And amethyst,

As if each star were a gemstone nestled within the night sky.

Golden stardust drifts against a velvety black canopy of space,

And ethereal nebulae,

Colorful clouds of stardust and gas,

Bloom like cosmic flowers.

The universe reveals itself to be a garden of beauty and mystery,

Drawing you deeper and deeper into its magic and infinite possibilities.

Connect with your breath as you float through this enchanted realm,

And as you make your way slowly towards the most alluring nebula in the night sky.

Unfolding before you like a crystal ball.

Casting soft pastel light with bursts of vibrant magenta across the night sky.

You float upon your personal cloud chariot into the heart of this glowing nebula,

And as you do,

A celestial carousel manifests before you.

This carousel floats with ease and grace through the open air of the cosmos,

And though it is indeed a fixture of an otherworldly realm,

It looks like an old carousel that you'd find on earth,

But of course,

With a touch of magic.

The frame of the carousel is crafted of pure gold and coated in stardust.

It radiates with an inner light,

Matching the luminosity of the stars that fill the surrounding space,

And the seats that spin around this carousel are just luminous,

Each one fashioned in the likeness of a celestial creature,

Embodying the energy and wisdom of particular stars in the sky.

There is Vega,

For instance,

A majestic eagle who embodies clear vision and expansive freedom.

There is a lion,

Representing a giant red star of Orion,

Holding qualities of strength and courage.

And there are many,

Many other celestial creatures that are rooted to this floating carousel,

A bear for guidance and persistence,

A dog of loyalty and protection,

And a dove imbued with peace and gentleness.

Step aboard this celestial carousel,

If you have not already.

Notice the golden platform beneath your feet as you explore the cosmic seats that spin through ethereal space.

Continue to wander this celestial carousel until you find a seat that speaks to you.

Perhaps it's the eagle or the dove,

Or the dog or the bear,

Or some other celestial creature that radiates an energy that resonates with what you need in this moment.

And when you find a seat,

A celestial creature that speaks to you,

Nestle in there.

Feel its energy fill your body as you take a journey through the cosmos.

The carousel spinning slowly as it floats with grace and wonder through the nebula.

As you travel,

Your senses widen,

Filling your whole body with the magic,

Peace and possibilities that rest before you.

Twinkling stars remind you that you too are a celestial being,

Full to the brim of magic,

Wisdom and wonder.

And through your ears,

Floats serene celestial music,

Expanding your consciousness for what's soon to be revealed.

Take a few moments to deepen your embodiment of this carousel and its galactic surroundings,

Knowing that you will very soon make your first of three stops on tonight's journey.

As you inhale and exhale the crisp cosmic air that surrounds your entire being,

You notice a shimmering,

Floating island in the atmosphere up ahead.

It is a sanctuary of ethereal beauty,

Suspended amidst twinkling stars,

Like a jewel in the night sky.

As you draw closer,

You notice that the island is crafted of glistening marble,

With smooth steps that rise to a lustrous palace of great columns and winged statues.

And there,

Standing just a few steps up from the island's landing,

Is a guardian of the stars.

This wise figure is a god or goddess,

Whichever comes to your mind first.

They stand tall and majestic,

Emanating a soft celestial glow.

The timeless guardian is cloaked in sapphire blue robes,

With intricate patterns of the constellations that shimmer like the night sky itself.

And their face emanates strength,

Wisdom,

And warmth.

It has seen countless moons go by.

As you marvel at this wise guardian of the stars,

A sense of reverence washes over you.

You are in the presence of a being who oversees and protects some of the most remarkable celestial bodies in the universe.

You are grateful to have arrived in their company.

As the carousel docks at this enchanted floating island,

You feel a whisper to go and meet this wise and ancient figure.

Slowly,

You disembark the carousel,

Which will await your return.

And you follow the marble staircase,

Until you are standing in the direct presence of this guardian of the stars.

This wise and loving figure greets you with a warm smile as you enter their sphere.

You wonder if this enchanted being is your spirit guide.

But you've come here for some guidance before you continue on the profound journey ahead.

And so,

As you lock eyes with this astral being,

They offer you a message.

Through the crisp cosmic air and swirling mist of stardust,

You hear them whisper the following words.

You are made of the very same cosmic materials as these stars surrounding you.

Beautiful music continues to swim through your consciousness as you marvel at the wonders of this astral space.

Shooting stars streak through the canopy overhead,

And vibrant galaxies as well as other nebulae can be seen from a distance.

A soft pink glow mingles with the golden stardust that drifts through the open space around you.

And you are completely receptive to the magic still yet to be unveiled.

You connect with that deep knowing that very soon you will meet your spirit guide.

A spirit guide who has just the right guidance,

Wisdom,

Your eyes land upon another astral island floating through space.

This one radiates a soft white aura.

And as you approach it,

You notice that it's built of fine gemstone,

Clear quartz,

Glistening moonstone,

And soft ethereal amethyst.

Much like the first island,

There are stairs that lead up from the island's landing.

And at the top of those stairs is a remarkable crystal palace,

With waterfalls cascading down its walls and glistening pools on its terrace,

Reflecting the light of the stars.

Music Your carousel slowly approaches the island,

And as it docks,

You disembark.

Your crown reaches for the galaxies above,

And your shoulders drop towards the lustrous crystal floor beneath you.

Music Mindful step by mindful step,

You begin your journey up the stairs,

Towards the crystal palace at the top.

With each step,

You sense that you are moving closer to your spirit guide,

Who is a wise and loving figure,

Wishing for nothing but your highest good.

Music And finally,

As you reach the crystal palace,

Surrounded by the stars,

You see your spirit guide standing there before you,

Beneath an archway at the palace entrance.

Music Take your time to envision who or what this spirit guide is.

Music They may resemble a human,

Or they may be mythic in nature.

They could be a god or goddess or an angel,

Or they may even be an animal.

Music Perhaps the same animal as one of the inanimate ones you chose to sit on in the carousel.

Music Just allow their identity to unfold slowly and naturally,

Without overthinking it.

Music And when a figure appears,

Who may be the spirit guide destined to meet you tonight,

Take a moment to ensure that they exude qualities of wisdom,

Love,

And protection.

Music Or it could resemble some place on our planet Earth.

Music A warm,

Sandy beach,

A deep,

Lush forest,

Or a vast desert expanse.

Music Envision this celestial carousel dropping you off at a place that nurtures and grounds you,

And somewhere on that celestial land,

Find a place where you can drift off to sleep beneath the stars.

Music Allow your body to settle,

Grounding into the solid Earth beneath you.

Music And then slowly,

Scan your body from head to toe,

Inviting every cell and every muscle to soften into the night.

Music Now you can stay with this visualization for as long as it relaxes you,

Or you can let your mind slowly release the imagery as your consciousness gently returns to your felt sense of your body where it's held in physical reality.

Music Wherever you are,

Connect with your breath,

Filling your body,

Mind and spirit as they're nourished with each inhale.
