Power Nap Music: Mindful Pause

Sit back, close your eyes and give your brain a rest while listening to the changing elements of the music. Perfect as a power nap at work or at home, as a recess from thoughts or studies or as a preparation for sleep. Whenever you become aware of thoughts happening, just gently move your attention back to the music. Enjoy!
