Take a few moments.
To notice.

Thoughts and sensations.
Notice the sensations.
Of loneliness.
The sensations.
Of fear.
The sensation.
Of sadness.
And as you feel those,
Just bring your hand.
To your heart.
Or bring two hands.
If that feels better.
Let your body decide.
Just feel the sensations.
Of your hand.
On your heart.
Feel the weight of your hand.
The warmth or cool of your hand.
The sensation.
Of your breath meeting your hands.
And then notice.
What happens in your whole body?
When your attention is just.

Let go of any thoughts.
About it.
And just notice.
The sensation.
Notice what happens.
To those lonely feelings.
When your attention is focused.
On your hand.
Notice what happens.
To those feelings of anxiety.
When you just notice.
The sensation of your hand.
On your heart.
And what happens to the sadness or the grief?
When you bring your hand.
To that place that feels the sadness.
When you have the thought,
My heart is broken.
Bring your attention.
To where?
You feel that broken feeling.
And just.
Bring your hand.
To that place.
Often.
Our thoughts.
Tell us.
Two.
To get over the feeling.
Or Our thoughts blame us for the feeling.
Or they predict a future.
In which Those feelings.
Will only get more painful.
Let go of those thoughts.
That's a moment.
To just return.
To the hand on your heart.
That's a moment.
To just be.
With yourself.
And with what you feel.
