Thank you, Dr. Janina. This is starting to make so much sense to me now, after a lifetime of mental health problems and constant overwhelm. 🙏❤️‍🩹

I'm learning that my ability to dissociate/ fragment, is both a miraculous and skillful way to have survived my trauma as a child. Well done me!!! 😁

Thank you so much, Dr. Janina.🙏 I'm autistic and have had lifelong mental health problems. Dr.Mike Lloyd of CTAD Clinic sent me here. X I've been exploring the idea that the devil I used to see 20/25 years ago is not outside of me, but a part of me. I had previously thought it was psychosis. I'm realising that it now might be my inner critic, a composite of all the horrible and worst things ever said and done to me by my parents, bullies, and so on. The moment it becomes me, I see that the devil is a caricature not to be taken seriously or feared. I see it as a part of me in deep loneliness and pain and rejection, and I can start to have empathy for its suffering. I don't need to keep it at a distance. I can have have a caring relationship with it. In other words, I can heal it.❤️‍🩹

Very easy to listen to and follow your voice. Tuning into each thought, feeling and sensation as a piece of communication from a part inside myself. Giving my inner parts attention and welcome. Feels holy.
