So allowing yourself to get settled into your space,
Closing your eyes,
And just beginning by bringing your awareness to the connection between the bottom half of your body and the seat below you.
Perhaps noticing your back connected to the space as well.
Just allowing your awareness to drift into these four walls.
With these next few inhales and exhales,
See if you can allow your body just to begin to melt down into the space below you,
Almost as if the ground is completely holding the weight of your body.
And you allow yourself to sink a bit deeper below,
As if the energy of your body is merging with the earth.
Letting go of needing to do anything in particular here.
Just allowing the body to be soft and easy.
And beginning to turn all of your awareness inward.
Seeing if you can let go of any specific point or destination,
But just trying to feel your way to the opposite of the outer world.
Settling in,
Letting go.
Allowing all of your awareness to settle a bit deeper within now.
Letting go of any attachments that you feel to the outside world.
Just for now,
It doesn't exist.
And you can be at peace regardless of what your outside world looks like.
One is not contingent upon the other.
So just transcending all those thoughts that are occurring to you.
And see if you can find that space that's there all the time.
That lives in between the thinking.
Before the thoughts,
After the thoughts.
And see if you can just make your way to that space.
Letting that be your normal,
And the thoughts be the backdrop.
Taking a few breaths in this space.
Allowing yourself now to begin to settle into your heart space.
And if you had to guess what acceptance feels like,
See if you can settle into that space of just allowing everything to be as it is.
Regardless of the judgment of your mind.
I settle into myself.
All of me.
And if you feel any sense of resistance come up,
See if you can just soften away from resistance.
And I want you to see if you can notice all these little parts of you that are floating around in space.
Maybe the fear parts,
The insecure parts,
The joyful parts,
The happy parts,
Certain ages,
Your past,
Your future,
Your wishes,
All the little parts that make up you.
And I want you to see that if at the center of you is this magnetic force,
You can begin to allow all these parts to make their way to the center.
And just feel this sense of acceptance and okayness with all the parts as they begin to travel and meet you in the middle.
Even if this feeling is new to you,
That's okay.
Just the tiniest bit of acceptance will open the door to creating more.
Could you just allow yourself to feel a subtle acceptance to all of your humanity.
Letting yourself just be human,
Imperfect,
Perfect,
Confident,
Not confident,
Afraid and happy all at once,
And that it's supposed to be that way.
Feeling almost as if you are hugging all parts of yourself,
Like a grandmother or a grandfather saying,
It's okay,
It's human.
Just settling into this space for a couple breaths.
And now see if you can allow yourself to go even deeper and feel a sense of acceptance for your divinity.
Let go of any ties you have to the word divine,
Whatever that's meant to you in the past.
Just let it be a word,
Let it reveal itself to you.
Your spirit self,
Your soul self,
Your heart,
Your light.
Could you accept that too?
Could you accept that you're part of the entire universe?
Could you accept that you are powerful,
That you are potential in this moment,
That you are creative energy,
That you are divine in a human body?
Just feeling all those parts of your soul and your light coming from all the different parts,
Letting that magnet attract it to your center.
Taking a few breaths here,
And now see if you can almost allow your humanity and your divinity to merge together.
Noticing if there's any part of you that wants to reject one side.
Could I just let go of not wanting one side?
Just let that thought go and just feel this beautiful,
Perfect puzzle piece coming together,
Merging,
Fitting perfectly together.
Simply feeling that deep level of okayness with all the parts,
Letting go of any judgment,
Right or wrong about any of it.
All is well as it is,
Except for in the mind.
Taking a few breaths in this space.
And whenever you feel ready,
Just allowing yourself to begin to bring your awareness to the connection between your body and the seat below you and behind you once more.
Becoming aware of this space that your body occupies in space.
Noticing the sounds around you in all directions.
Feeling the sensation of gravity holding you down into your space.
Placing yourself behind your eyes,
Placing yourself inside of your body,
And just noticing that you are on the earth.
At your own pace,
Taking three long,
Slow,
Quiet,
Deep inhales and exhales.
In through the nostrils,
Out through the mouth,
Letting everything go.
And whenever you feel ready,
Just beginning to circle the hands and move the wrists,
Circling the feet and moving the ankles and just transitioning into stretching or moving any parts of your body that feel ready to stretch or move.
Whenever you feel ready,
You can go ahead and open your eyes.
