As you breathe,
Feel your heart begin to rest in the knowledge that God is your anchor.
Imagine Him holding you firm,
Even as the winds of life swirl.
Whisper silently to yourself,
You are my refuge,
My shelter in every storm.
Let these words echo in your spirit,
Bringing calm and assurance.
Now,
Think of the burdens weighing on you,
Picture handing them over to God,
One by one.
Feel the weight lift as you surrender each worry,
Knowing that you are not alone.
God's strength is within you,
Sustaining you.
Whisper,
Your peace surrounds me,
Calming my heart and quieting my mind.
Now,
Inhale deeply,
Filling your lungs with the promise of God's unfailing love.
Exhale slowly,
Releasing fear and doubt.
Feel the gift of patience settle in your soul,
Knowing that His timing is perfect,
Even when the path is unclear.
With each breath,
Notice the small glimmers of light,
The moments of goodness,
Kindness,
And the breakthroughs that God places on your journey.
Hold on to these as reminders that He is near,
Shaping and preparing you for blessings yet to come.
Finally,
Allow yourself to rest fully in God's presence.
Feel His love covering you like a soft,
Warm embrace.
Whisper,
You are making all things new,
And I trust in your perfect plan.
Carry this peace with you,
Letting it anchor you through every season of life.

Renewed in faith and filled with hope.
