A live music meditation featuring a musical improvisation on the Guzheng (Chinese Harp), handpan, handmade barrel drum, and wooden frog. Designed to be experienced listening with headphones, the wooden frog was recorded to create bilateral stimulation, a recording technique to encourage communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. This track can be used day or night as a nervous system reset to calm the body/mind for renewal or sleep, whatever may be needed. Jarrelle Barton, Guzheng; James Kellerman, Handpan; Ryan Billig, barrel drum and wooden frog. Produced, recorded, and mixed by James Kellerman, ©2025
