A live music meditation featuring the rhythmic interplay of guzheng, handmade barrel drum, handpan and tibetan bells. Headphones are encouraged for full effect - the bells were recorded to create bilateral stimulation, a recording technique that encourages communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. This track can be used day or night as a nervous system reset to calm the body/mind for renewal or sleep, whatever may be needed. Jarrelle Barton, guzheng; James Kellerman, handpan and bells; Produced, recorded and mixed by James Kellerman, ©2025

Calming and deepening the breath, and quite pleasing to listen to — relaxing yet revitalizing. I'm glad I came across this short meditation through the algorithmic recommendations of the Insight Timer app. I would love to listen to a longer version and will check out Jim Kellerman's other publications. Thank you for this beautiful offering.
