Notice the feeling of your weight in the chair or the bed.
Your whole body is heavy.
The muscles around your eyes are letting go.

Your neck is releasing tension.
You have the power to choose where you focus your attention.
If thoughts arise,
That's okay.
Greet them with your breath.
Feel the relaxation in your body.
This feeling is the power of your focus.
Being anxious.

Is the body-mind doing exactly what it was designed to do?
Alerting you to danger.
To perceived threat.
We can be triggered by thoughts.
By a memory.
By a feeling.
The body responds the same.
Whether the threat is real or imagined.
What if that thought wasn't true?
What would it feel like to believe a different thought?
