Welcome to a 20 minute practice called Silence with Bells.

This means most of this meditation session is silent except for the sound of three bells to start the practice,

And then one bell rings every five minutes until three bells are heard again at the conclusion.

Before the bell rings,

Please take a moment to find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

And now that you found your place,

Please know on a deeper level that what all this practice is about is helping you to be proactive in managing your own health and well-being.
