A script I wrote with an Amrit inspiration intended to promote fast, deep sleep. We begin with a Dīrgha (complete) breath. Rotation of consciousness begins at the tongue. Breathing is mental Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril). The visualization portion is watching the ocean at night and the waves on the surface.
