A script I wrote with an Amrit inspiration intended to promote illumination in the dark. We begin with creating an intention (Sankalpa). Rotation of consciousness begins at the tailbone. Breathing is from the tailbone to the base of the skull filling the spine with light. The visualization portion is walking on a frozen lake at dusk and falling into the lake sinking turning into a golden seed that rests in the soil. Enjoy!
