Welcome.

I am Jackbir King.

Thank you for trusting me and joining me on this beautiful journey.

Together we will discover a deeper appreciation for self and the world around us.

Using this practice you will cultivate a positive emotion of loving kindness.

You will give yourself an energy of love,

Compassion and self-acceptance.

Let's begin.

Be in a place where you cannot be disturbed.

Make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Shift your attention inward.

Bring an awareness into your body and be present in the moment.

Take several slow deep breaths to accommodate these deep breaths into your body.

As you breathe in,

Feel a sense of warmth and gratitude filling your body.

As you breathe out through your nose,

Have a sense of relaxing more deeply.

Let go of noises around you.

Let go of all the thoughts in your mind.

Take another deep breath in.

At this moment,

Think of someone who makes you happy.

It could be a close friend or a family member or even your pet.

Feel the presence of this person next to you.

Feel their unconditional and wholehearted love.

There is a sense of comfort just by being around them.

Bring a faint smile on your face and imagine hearing their whisper in your ears.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy and free of pain.

May you feel safe and protected.

May you be peaceful and content.

May your heart be filled with love and kindness.

With each breath,

You continue to receive this person's love and kindness.

You continue to receive wishes of good health,

Happiness and well-being.

This is loving kindness.

The feeling of being held in the arms fades away your worries and fears.

Notice how you feel from the inside.

Maybe you feel some warmth in your heart.

Cherish this experience of inner joy.

At this present moment,

You are overflowing with warmth and love.

Now,

Picture yourself in your mind.

Become aware of who you are.

Imagine a bright light in the center of your heart which becomes brighter as you see these affirmations with your inner voice.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy and free of pain.

May I feel safe and protected.

May I be peaceful and content.

May I be filled with love and kindness.

Breathe in.

With the rhythmic swing of your heartbeat,

Allow your whole being to bask in these feelings of compassion and acceptance.

Focus on the sensations in your body.

Feel the bright light now radiating healing energy to every part of your body and mind.

As we come to an end,

Embrace the loving kindness.

Take a pause to enjoy inner peace and happiness.

Gently open your eyes and come back into the world.
