Using this meditation practice,
We will seek divine peace in stillness.
This stillness allows nature to spark joy in your soul from the most powerful thing that exists within you.
Your breath.
Get into any comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes.
Tune inwards with your inner gaze at the tip of your nose.
As your body settles and eyes close,
Gather your attention to your breath.
Take a long,
Deep breath.
Take another long deep breath to anchor yourself into the present moment to rest and settle your mind.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Bring awareness to your breath to bring your soul into sweet surrender.
Notice the breath coming in and the breath going out.
Become aware of the physical sensation of breathing in the cool air and breathing out the warm air through your nose.
Breathing in and out,
Just pay attention to the rising and falling of your belly or slight movement of your chest and shoulders.
In these gentle,
Rhythmic movements of your body,
You find heavenliness in your mind.
From time to time,
Your mind may shift.
It may wander off,
Either reviewing the past or planning for the future.
Do not let your mind create turbulence in your inner peace.
Remind yourself this is your sacred space and you are the master.
When you notice yourself drifting away from the breath,
Escort the attention back to the breath gently but firmly.
Simply acknowledge the distracting thoughts without judgment and let them pass.
With each breath,
Savor the magnificence of life by being here,
Right now,
Present in this moment.
Let the breath nourish you and nurture you.
Focusing on your breath,
You become self-aware.
You're turning off all the noises of the outside world.
Just as the onset of spring brings the brilliant,
Colorful blooms,
This silence allows you to truly blossom from within.
As you feel renewed in brilliance,
Embrace the freshness that abounds.
Now,
Take another deep inhale through your nose.
Enjoy the feeling of relaxing more deeply.
Exhale,
Let go of physical or emotional tension.
Let the cycle of breath rejuvenate your entire body,
Mind and spirit.
Let's repeat the rhythmic breathing and say a few affirmations.
Breathing in,
I inhale courage.
Breathing out,
I exhale fear.
Breathing in,
I am calm.
Breathing out,
I free myself from worries.
Breathing in,
I am relaxed.
Breathing out,
I am letting go.
Breathing in,
I am peaceful.
Breathing out,
I accept today as is.
Breathing in,
I am grateful for my blessings.
Breathing out,
I am forgiving.
Breathing in,
I am in this moment.
Breathing out,
I become this moment.
Now,
With every breath start to scan over your entire body.
As you bring awareness to your body,
Breathe deeply and calmly.
With each breath in,
Feel the life flowing through your entire body.
Open your heart to this flow of life.
As you feel a sensation of relaxation and relief,
Breathe with gratitude.
With each breath,
Feel the abundance of life around and within you.
In this state of bliss,
You feel vibrant,
Fulfilled and empowered.
Take a moment to reflect on your thoughts and emotions.
Notice how your body feels right now.
When you're ready,
Gently lift your gaze.
Moment by moment,
Breath by breath,
You have brought yourself back into balance.
