During this practice,
We will attempt to transform our thoughts in a positive way.
Try to be in a place where you are away from any interruptions.
Whenever you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Pay attention to your breath.
Notice how it feels as it enters and exits the body.
As we begin,
Let's ask ourselves,
Am I feeling closed off or shut down emotionally?
Is my mind filled with negativity or restlessness?
Remember,
Life is all about creating what you want and choosing good thoughts that make you feel good.
Continue to focus on your breath.
On each inhale,
Think,
I am loved.
On each exhale,
Think,
I am healing.
Let each inhale join self-love and compassion.
On each exhale,
Release what is no longer serving you.
Breathe and recite this mantra internally.
Notice how you feel as you say these words to yourself.
Always remember,
When you focus on the positive,
You get more positive experiences in your life.
Let self-love build a stronger relationship with your inner self.
