This is a visualization meditation for you to bring a goal or vision for your future forward. It can be helpful to think of this prior to beginning the meditation. You can repeat this meditation regularly to help strengthen the intention.

Welcome to the JAGA Visualization Meditation.

If you need to,

Please pause the meditation to make sure that your notifications and phone are set to silence so that you can have uninterrupted and distraction-free time.

Bring yourself into the space and get comfortable.

Make sure you're sitting in a place where you can relax fully and drop into today's practice.

Close your eyes and take a few moments to notice where your breath is.

There's no need to change it.

Just become aware of its existence.

Is it shallow and in your upper chest?

Is it slow and deep and in your belly?

Simply observe your breath and begin to feel your body.

Are you holding any tension in your body?

If you find some tension,

Simply breathe into it and on the exhale,

Release the tension.

Begin to relax your body,

Starting from the top of your head,

Relaxing your forehead.

Let your eyes get heavy.

Let your jaw relax and even perhaps slightly open if it happens naturally.

Move down your body,

Relaxing your shoulders.

Your arms are getting heavier.

Now relax and open your solar plexus and your stomach area.

Feel your chest opening.

Allow the entire torso to relax and open.

As we open our solar plexus and stomach area,

We can bring into our mind's eye that this is the place,

The seat of intuition.

Many of us use the term gut feeling.

Visualize this area of your body becoming soft and receptive.

It's opening to 100% of its capacity to open.

Relax the legs and feel the support under you.

Release into that support from the earth.

Now you can open the bottom of your feet and image in a grounding cord coming out of the bottom of your feet.

This cord is going hundreds of miles into the earth and grounding you to the planet.

Feel the energy of the earth,

An energy of innocence coming up through the bottom of your feet.

This is a cleansing and purifying energy.

Feel that energy coming up through your body,

Releasing any tension still left in you.

Feel the energy of the earth cleaning and cleansing your body and nervous system.

Feel the deep relaxation that comes with this connection to the earth.

Bring that energy through your body and out the top of your head,

Cascading down the outside of your body through what we call the biofield.

It's cleaning and cleansing the biofield and circulating back to the bottom of your feet.

See and feel it looping and circulating with your breath.

Inhale the energy through the bottom of your feet.

And on the exhale,

Feel the energy coming out the top of your head cascading down the outside of your body and reconnecting to the bottom of your feet.

You now have a clean and clear field and open system to receive from.

Bring into your mind's eye your vision for the future.

Bring your massively transformed a purpose into your mind's eye.

See yourself living this purpose and feel what it feels like to be fully aligned with everything you value and believe in.

Now bring forward a goal you have for you or your business that is one year in the future.

See that goal.

Visualize it as clearly as you can.

What does it look like?

Once you have a clear image,

Step into the future one week.

Now two weeks.

Now one month.

Feel yourself move into this space and time.

Take a moment to fully allow yourself to arrive into this new space and time.

Think about the actions and decisions you made to get you here.

What does it feel like to be one month closer to your goal?

What has changed in your behavior?

What emotions are showing up as you're making progress towards your vision?

Now we're going to move six months into the future.

Feel yourself moving into this time and space where you are halfway to your goal.

Feel the benefit of your efforts.

What sensations are showing up in and on your body?

Allow the feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction to wash over you.

What does six months into your goal look like?

What does it feel like?

What has changed about you and your world so far?

Feel these changes deep inside yourself.

Know any feelings in their somatic address,

Where they reside in your body,

And what they feel like.

Bring yourself to the fully accomplished goal.

Where are you?

What sounds are you hearing?

What smells are around you?

Who is there with you?

What are you saying to them?

What are they saying to you?

How does it feel to have accomplished your goal?

What are the feelings?

Name them.

Are you proud?

Joyful?

Relieved?

Satisfied?

Grateful?

Bring these feelings into your body and experience them.

Identify where you feel these feelings.

Where does gratitude show up in your body?

Where do you feel joy?

And note these places.

Note their somatic addresses.

You are now completed with your goal.

You did it.

Relish this moment and identify its somatic address.

Note it and record it in your body.

You can say to yourself,

I'm recording the feeling and experience of accomplishing my goal now.

Later on,

You can recall this by saying,

I'm activating the feeling of accomplishing my goal now.

Review the steps and actions that you took to get there.

What effort did you make?

What decisions did you make?

What changed in your behavior?

See yourself having made the optimal decisions and being in the right place at the right time,

Every time.

How did you do it day to day,

Hour to hour,

Week to week?

Feel this and visualize the actions and feel the feelings of these actions.

What did you do at work?

What did you do in your relationships internally?

How did you manage and address challenges and difficult thoughts and feelings as they arose?

See yourself as you took care of those challenges.

Feel what it feels like to no longer have those obstacles,

Challenges or difficulties in your way.

Now come to the fully realized and accomplished goal.

Bring the feelings and vision to your mind's eye and body.

Be as detailed as possible.

Feel it in every ounce of your being,

You have accomplished a goal.

It was a year long goal is now complete.

Feel the celebration.

Feel the joy.

Take five breaths to deeply draw these feelings and sit in these visualizations of being at this fully accomplished and achieved reality.

As you inhale,

You draw in feeling.

As you exhale,

You release any doubts,

Limitations or challenges to that feeling.

We inhale,

Drawing in completion,

Embodying it.

We exhale and release.

Inhale,

Feeling,

Embodying.

Being the realized version of ourselves,

Exhaling and releasing anything that could possibly hold us back.

Inhaling,

Drawing in,

Feeling,

Being,

Exhaling,

Releasing.

On this final one,

You're going to take a big inhale,

Hold at the top.

Pause a little longer.

And then exhale.

You are so capable of doing this that it is already done.

You have accomplished your year long goal.

Now,

Just move through time as it catches up with you in this new reality.
