Throat Chakra Clearing For You And Your Business

The throat chakra is often the most blocked chakra in entrepreneurs, yet we rely on its strength and clarity to get our message out to potential clients. In this meditation we'll shift the memories and beliefs that constrict your throat chakra so that your clients can hear your true message.

You can be in any position to do this meditation as long as your throat feels open.

If you could be somewhere private to enable you to make some sound,

That would be great,

But not necessary.

Begin by placing your awareness onto the root system that grows out of your feet and deeply down into the earth.

It's important that you feel strong and supported to open up your throat chakra.

So allow this root system to be as large as you want so that you feel stable.

Take it down deep,

Take it wide.

Then take a deep breath in,

Focusing on the air passing through the throat.

And as you breathe out,

Let go,

Expand,

Clear your throat.

Do it again,

Focusing on the air as it passes through the throat and into your lungs,

Expanding your lungs.

And as you breathe out,

Allow all the resistance that sits in your throat chakra to come out with the breath.

And then do it once more,

Breathing in deeply,

Expanding your lungs.

And releasing,

Letting go of the resistance that's accumulated in your throat over your lifetime.

Then focus on your throat chakra area.

Relax it,

Relax your jaw,

Relax your neck and shoulders.

Relax the muscles of your face.

Take a couple more breaths into this whole area and on the out-breath,

Sink,

Relax.

There can be so much tension in this area closing up the throat chakra.

Now imagine that in front of you is this amazing ball of blue light.

On the other side of this ball of light is your business,

Your business's energy body.

See it there with its root system also embedded in the earth so it's nice and supported.

And the ball of blue light sits between your throat chakra and your business's throat chakra,

Which is at the same level.

And this blue light is radiating into the throat chakras of both you and your business.

Focus on your throat at the moment,

Knowing that the business is also being taken care of at the same time.

And breathe in this blue light,

Breathe it into your throat chakra.

And as it moves in,

It's swirling in an anti-clockwise direction,

Clearing out the debris in your throat.

The old energy,

The old beliefs,

The old memories,

The ancestral memories,

The stories.

As it's moving around,

You might feel a need to swallow or to cough.

Just allow the release to happen.

However your body wants to release.

Feel this movement as the energy swirls around.

And whatever needs to be released just flows through your energy body,

Down through that root system and into the earth.

Letting go of all the times you didn't speak up for yourself.

All the times you held back your truth.

The times you judged.

The times you lied.

The times you kept secrets.

The times you didn't express your boundaries.

The times you let go in anger.

The times you held on in anger.

The times that you monitored what came out of your mouth for fear of how the other would react or fear of how you'd be perceived.

The fear that your truth would be made wrong.

All this energy building up in your throat chakra.

All this resistance.

These blocks building between your throat and the truth in your heart.

Your heart not being able to express itself in any other way.

Because your throat was like a gateway that didn't allow out the true expression of your heart.

This blue light is moving all of that.

It's shifting the energy of the witch wound that sits so strongly in the female consciousness.

And also sits as part of the male energy body.

For those times when you could not express all of who you were.

You could not share your gifts for fear of persecution or even death.

So you learned to hide them.

It wasn't safe to speak your truth.

It wasn't safe to be yourself.

Release that energy from the female consciousness that sits so strongly in your throat chakra.

And as this blue light clears your throat.

It's also clearing the energy in your business that it's taken on from your throat chakra.

So that your business is able to speak its truth.

So it can be the full expression of what it came here to be.

Now that ball of energy is gradually fading.

As you let go of the last of this resistance.

And now visualize the earth energy flowing up through your root system.

It's happening to your business at the same time.

The support of the earth that's coming up into the base or the root chakra.

And as the base expands and strengthens.

Feel the support of the base chakra flow up to your throat.

Feel the difference when you're supported by the earth and therefore by your base chakra.

The strength that gives you to speak your truth and feel safe.

And then feel that earth energy move up from the base and up into the sacral chakra.

The birthplace of your creativity.

And as that's activated and expanded.

Feel that creative energy move up to your throat where you express your creativity.

Then bring the earth energy from the sacral up into the solar plexus the seat of your power.

And then bring that solar plexus energy up to your throat.

So that you can communicate your truth from a place of power.

A place of believing in yourself.

And then bring the earth energy up to your heart expanding your heart.

Expanding the essence of your heart.

The truth of your existence right here right now in this physical body.

And then bring that energy from the heart up to your throat.

The truth from your heart ready to be expressed through your throat.

And now to integrate all these energies in your throat chakra.

I suggest that if you can if you feel safe in your environment that you sound from your throat.

It can be a hum a tone a song or a chant.

If you're not able to make a sound yawn.

Sigh audibly.

Anything to open the throat and allow this integration of the base the sacral the solar plexus and the heart in the throat chakra.

Integrating these energies so that they can create this powerful vortex.

So do that now for about 30 seconds.

And now I'm going to bring through a pure vibration designed to energize the throat chakra.

This is going to come through in a way that many people would identify as light language.

But just think of it as a frequency that's beyond the English language.

And this vibration is very powerful in activating your throat chakra to move it into a more integrated purer vibration.

And now I'm going to bring through a pure vibration designed to energize the throat chakra.

And this vibration is very powerful in activating the throat chakra to move it into a more integrated purer vibration.

And then take a deep breath in being aware of the breath as it passes through your throat chakra.

And on the out breath feel the expansion in your throat now.

Feel the strength in this bridge between your inner world and the outer world.

The throat is the bridge.

Take another breath in.

And as you breathe out be aware of the flow of energy across the bridge.

It's open.

It's ready for the flow of your truth.

It's ready to be the full expression of you.

Be aware of your business's energy body and see that bridge pass between your throat chakra and your business's throat chakra.

You're the spokesperson for your business.

The more open and aligned and strong your throat chakra is the more your businesses will be.

The more confident you will be to let the voice of your business come from this place of power and truth and stability.

And now go and express that truth to the world.

Let the real you be visible to everyone.

Draw up that earth energy again and as you bring it into your physical body start to move your toes,

Your fingers,

Roll your shoulders and gradually come back into your physicality.

And when you're ready open your eyes and come back into your space.
