You can do this visualization for your third eye chakra in any position,
As long as you're comfortable and your body is able to completely relax.
Begin by focusing on your feet chakras on the balls of your feet.
And imagining them opening wide.
And as they open,
The earth energy flows in through your feet into your body.
And as she flows up into your body,
Imagine that you're growing a root system from your feet.
There's a great big taproot going deeply down into the earth.
And as it goes deep,
Roots grow off that taproot,
Spreading out in all directions.
And the flow of the earth energy up through that root system is unimpeded as it goes up through the feet chakras and into your body.
Flowing,
Fully connected.
Then take a deep breath in,
Fill your lungs,
Hold that breath.
And when you breathe out,
Empty your mind.
Take a second breath in,
Fill your whole body,
Take that breath right to your fingertips,
Right to your toes.
And when you breathe out,
Breathe out down through that root system.
Empty your body.
And then breathe up through that root system,
All that gorgeous earth energy.

Anchoring it in deeply,
Very connected with the earth and the earth energy is flowing through it.
Between your third eye and your business's third eye,
There's a ball of indigo light.
It's swirling around.
It's like a globe swirling around,
Radiating this indigo light out in all directions.
Then suddenly this ball of light shoots the energy of the indigo into your third eye and into your business's third eye at the same time.
Focus on your brow.
Feel this energy.
It's like a really strong laser coming into your third eye,
Reminding you of your intuition,
Of your insight,
Of your innate wisdom.

What sensations are in your body as you have this vision?
What emotions do you feel?
Feel this dream and know that as you're creating it through your imagination,

This dream is also being held in the energy body of your business.
And then ask your business.

Now just allow yourself to feel the third eye separating again.
So you're going back into your own form.

This is the energy of the practical goals that you'll take for your life and for your business to bring you to those dreams.
And as you come back down and ground,
As you feel that earth energy come up through your feet chakras,
Mingling in your third eye with the visionary light,
Ask yourself,
What is the next step I must take to bring me closer to this dream?
And allow the energy of the earth to help you hear the next step.
When you have some clarity on that step,
Share it with your business.
Tell your business.
And then see what response your business gives you.
And now you have that action step created from the big vision.
Now you can go out and manifest that and create it in the physical world.
This is such an important part of your goals and how you adapt to your goals of how you bring them into being.
This is how you make your vision happen by visioning and then coming back down into the reality and deciding on the steps.

It's the yin and yang of the third eye energy.
And then slowly allow the indigo light to fade.
Spend a moment staying focused on your third eye.
And then bring your focus back to the earth energy,
Taking you back into your physicality.
As that earth energy moves up into your body,
Wriggle your fingers,
Wriggle your toes,
Start to slowly move your physical body.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and rejoin the physical world.
