Sacral Chakra Clearing For You & Your Business

The sacral is your attraction chakra and so it's vital that it's clear and strong to attract the clients and support that you want for your business. This meditation focuses on clearing old energy from both you and your business's sacral, then energising and connecting them to inspire joy, creativity, abundance, and magnetism into your biz.

I recommend that this visualization for the sacral chakra of you and your business is done lying down.

When you're lying it opens up the whole lower abdominal area where the sacral chakra is located,

Whereas when you're seated it can compress this area.

So get yourself comfortable.

And when you're ready,

Visualize that you have roots coming out of the feet chakras which are located on the balls of your feet.

And imagine that these roots are growing down into the earth,

Deep,

Deep into the earth.

And then they're spreading out as wide as you want them to go.

This root system will help keep you grounded and anchored while you're in the supine position.

And then take a deep breath in,

Right down into your abdominal area.

And when you breathe out,

Have a sense of letting go and relaxing your whole pelvic area.

With the next breath,

Breathe in deeply through the root system.

Pull up the earth energy into your pelvis.

And when you breathe out,

Breathe out back down into the earth,

Letting go of any tension in your abdominal area.

One more time,

Breathe in through the root system into your abdomen and breathe out relaxing your abdomen.

Now become aware of your business entity which is with you right now.

It may be lying next to you,

It might be standing near you.

Just be aware that it's around you.

You may sense it,

You may see it in some form.

It doesn't matter,

Just know it's there.

Like you,

It has the root system growing deeply down into the earth to ground it.

Now bring your focus back to your root system and imagine that coming up through that root system and coming up into your lower abdominal area is an orange light.

It's slowly making its way up.

This life force energy through the roots,

Through your feet chakras,

Through your base or root chakra and then moving into the whole pelvic area where your sacral chakra is located.

Keep your focus on this area.

Feel this area gradually fill with this orange light.

It's swirling around.

It's emanating out this amazing orange color.

Use your breath to draw up more of this light.

Breathe in,

Draw it up and on the out breath feel it swirl around in the pelvis.

Breathe in again,

Draw up more and when you're ready to breathe out be aware of this swirling energy in your lower abdominal area.

Just keep this cycle going with your breath,

Drawing up on the in breath,

Circulating on the out breath.

Feel this chakra become more and more filled with this orange light.

And now since you're the creator of your business,

Visualize that this orange light is now part of your pelvic area and into your business's sacral chakra.

So as you breathe up the energy from the earth into your sacral chakra,

Simultaneously it's flowing out of your chakra and across into your business's sacral.

On the out breath when it's swirling around in your sacral chakra it's also swirling around in your business's sacral chakra.

Be aware of this connection between your sacral chakra and your business's sacral chakra.

Be aware of this connection between your sacral chakra and your business's sacral chakra.

And see the light in your business's chakra also getting stronger and stronger as it absorbs this creative energy from you.

And as it gets stronger in you,

Stronger in your business,

It's radiating out further and further.

This is the light of attraction.

It's calling in energies that are attracted to your creative energy.

It's calling in the people,

The clients who are attracted to your creative energy.

It's like a magnet,

This orange light.

And the stronger and clearer and more powerful it becomes,

The more attraction there is to this light.

Now imagine that this light turns into fire,

An orange fire,

And it's burning out all the dense energy that's sitting in your sacral chakra and sitting in your business's sacral chakra.

All the old things that were created once but never birthed or things that were abandoned.

Perhaps there are ideas from other businesses that are still sitting in there.

The fire is burning through all these abandoned projects and ideas.

It may be that there are health issues you've had within your pelvic area where there's a denser energy still sitting from that time.

This fire is burning out that denser energy.

It's clearing it.

And that energy is becoming fertilizer,

Fertilizer dropping into the chakra,

Lining the chakra,

Ready for the new seeds that you're going to plant.

Feel the transmutation of this denser energy through the fire as it clears everything out.

And be aware of the sacred space that this is creating.

Waiting for the new,

Waiting to birth the new.

Waiting to birth those creations that will magnify the attraction of this chakra so that you're calling in those people,

Those situations that will support your business,

That are aligned with your business,

That are aligned with you.

So as that chakra is cleared out,

The orange fire changes back into the orange light.

And this time it's even more vibrant since so much of the older energy has been released.

It is glowing.

It can be seen for miles.

There is so much color,

So much depth,

So much power in your sacral chakra and in your business's sacral chakra.

Feel that area expand in your lower abdomen.

Feel your pelvis open.

Breathe deeply into your pelvis.

And on the out-breath,

Let it fall open more.

Let that light shine brighter.

As you do this,

The orange light from your pelvis and from your business's sacral chakra merge so that you are co-creating.

And see a figure of eight passing between your sacral and your business's sacral.

As these energies combine,

The energy of co-creation comes into being.

Feel that infinity symbol flowing between the sacral chakras.

Connecting.

Send love to your business as your co-creative partner.

Send appreciation,

Gratitude.

And also send the vital energy of fun,

Joy and play.

Invite your business to play with you,

To create joy with you,

To bring joy into the lives of others.

And now allow that image of the infinity symbol to fade.

The color is still bright.

It's no longer flowing up from the earth.

The color is just sitting in your chakra and in your business's sacral chakra.

Just sit in the energy of that orange glow for a moment.

Sit in the energy of attraction.

Slowly allow the image of your business to fade.

Keep your focus in your sacral chakra.

And then move your focus down to your feet chakras on the balls of your feet.

And focus on the flow of earth energy coming up through that root system into your feet.

And as you become aware of it again,

Start to move your feet.

Move your legs.

Bring that earth energy up through your body,

Moving through your base chakra,

Your sacral chakra.

And into the rest of your body,

Slowly awakening your body.

Move your arms and fingers.

Just take your time to come back into your beautiful body.

And when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and come back into your space.
