You mentioned about your blood pressure dropped after u cancelled some work. My blood pressure dropped to healthy level without medication 3 months after i spent 1 hour everyday in a nice cafe with a nice cup of drinks and imple snack as adviced by my doctor to destress. It actually dropped slowly within the first week, then back to normal 3 months later...i sat alone by the cafe window, enjoying soothing song in the cafe and having yummy snacks. I enjoy your talk.
