Feel Safe To Speak Your Truth

Feeling unsafe or unsupported is often what stops you from sharing your truth both in your personal life and in your business. This meditation will connect the base and throat chakras within you, as well as within your business so that you can confidently share your authentic message to the world.

This is a meditation for you and for your business to connect the base and throat chakras so that you always feel fully supported in expressing your true essence in life and in business.

So put yourself in a comfortable position where you can relax all of your body and where it's easy for you to take deep breaths without feeling any constriction.

Begin by tuning in to the feet chakras on the balls of your feet and imagine them opening wide like eyes.

Once you've stretched them open be aware you've opened the channel for the earth energy to flow through into your body so invite the earth energy in.

Surrender to its flow.

Then imagine you're growing a huge taproot out of your feet taking it deep down into the earth mother and then see a whole root system spreading off that taproot taking it as wide as you want it to go.

You want to feel strong and stable.

You want to feel it holding you.

You want to feel the earth holding you.

And then take a deep breath up through that root system.

Bring it up through your body through your base chakra.

When you're ready to breathe out breathe out through your throat chakra and on your next in breath take a big deep breath in through the throat chakra.

Take it down through your body out through your base chakra down through those roots and into the earth.

Then do a few cycles of this breath connecting your base chakra and your throat chakra opening this passageway between them.

Really feel be aware of that chakra opening as the breath moves through it.

And now set the intention that throughout the meditation every breath you take will move through this passageway even though you're not consciously focused on it.

Clearing this passageway,

Expanding it,

Strengthening it.

Because in order to speak your truth,

To express who you really are and to communicate your gifts you must feel safe,

You must feel stable,

You must feel supported,

You must feel secure.

It's vital that you have a strong base chakra to have a strong throat chakra.

Focus back on that root system now and as well as it going into your feet now imagine that there's also a great big root that's coming up from the earth and up into your tailbone where your base or root chakra is and feel that earth energy directly flowing up from the earth through this great big root into your tailbone area.

So you've got the earth energy flowing through the root system through into your feet and up and you've also got it coming up directly into your base chakra.

Now open this whole area around your tailbone,

Open it wide to drink up this earth energy.

The whole base of your spine is filling with this energy.

This energy sits like a cup around the base of your spine supporting you.

Relax.

The earth is holding you.

Everything you need to feel safe on this earth,

Safe in the physical plane is passing through this root system and into your base chakra.

All your needs are being met by the earth.

Trust this.

Believe it.

She always has your back.

If you can truly believe this,

You will always feel supported.

Surrender and be held by her energy.

Feel how expansive your base chakra is now.

It's radiating a red energy in all directions.

And then start to bring that strength you feel up through your chakra column,

Past the sacral chakra,

Past the solar plexus,

Past the heart and into the throat.

It's almost like that cup that sat at your base chakra is moving up and into your throat.

And it's holding you.

It's holding your voice.

It's holding your message.

It's holding the expression of you.

You are being fully held by this awesome energy.

You feel so safe.

Safe enough to express anything without fear of judgment or ridicule or being told that you're wrong and being shut down.

Feel that security and stability in your throat and feel how your throat opens.

Knowing that you can say anything.

You can share your deepest beliefs,

Your inner knowing,

Your wisdom,

Your opinion,

Your thoughts.

You can share anything without fear.

Because you are being held by your base chakra.

You feel safe to express anything.

Feel your throat open fully with this truth,

With this understanding.

And a beautiful blue energy radiates out from your throat chakra in all directions.

Your throat is in its power because it is held.

And you have such absolute trust in being held and supported that you feel safe to express whatever desire emerges in you to be expressed.

Feel the expansion that moves through your whole energy body with this wisdom,

With this knowing and absolute knowing and trusting.

Every chakra opens up,

It blossoms because you feel safe to be the expression of you.

Every chakra moves into alignment with your truth and with the power of feeling safe to express your truth.

Sit in this energy for a moment.

Be in this expansion.

This is your natural state.

Tune into the effect this has on your heart chakra.

Your heart is blossoming,

Opening up fully.

It doesn't have to hide anything anymore because you feel safe to express all of who you are,

To express all of your heart chakra energy.

So from this place,

Invite your business to come in and join you and share this energy with your business.

Be a bridge of light passing between your base chakra and your business's base as well as your throat chakra and your business's throat and share this energy that you have generated.

Share your base chakra energy.

Share your support.

Share your throat chakra energy.

Share the safety to express the truth.

And then notice the root system growing up into your business's base chakra.

See the earth energy flowing up into your business base,

Holding your business just as it did you.

So your business is being held by you and by the earth.

It's feeling safe,

Secure,

Supported.

And then observe how that energy flows up through your business's chakras into your business's throat.

So your business can express its true purpose.

It can openly share what it does,

Why it's here,

How it changes people's lives.

It feels safe and secure to do that.

And you,

As the spokesperson for your business,

Feel safe and secure to speak on its behalf.

Feel the business's throat chakra clear as it receives this permission to be its full expression,

To speak its truth.

Now visualize an infinity symbol flowing between your throat chakra and your business's throat chakra as well as another infinity symbol between your base and your business's base,

Bringing you together.

Connecting you.

Connecting you as you collaborate to support each other so that you feel safe and your business feels safe to express your true essence.

Notice how much more powerful it makes you feel,

Knowing that your business is there alongside of you,

Contributing to your support,

Holding you in your expression.

You are not alone in this.

And as those infinity symbols flow between you and your business,

Harmonizing your base and your business's base,

Your throat and your business's throat,

Feel the light that shines from this connection between you and your business.

It's magnificent.

Now go out there and share your message.

Share your business's message.

You are safe.

You will always be held.

Mother Earth is always there for you.

Send your business love and gratitude.

Honor its role in your life as the vehicle for your expression.

Then send the Earth your love and your gratitude that is always there for you.

The visual of your business begins to fade.

Put your focus back down onto your feet,

Aware of the energy flowing into your feet from the Earth and as you feel it going into your feet,

Start to move your feet.

Wriggle your toes,

Move your legs,

Your arms,

Your fingers.

Stretch and yawn to open your throat chakra.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes coming back into your space.
