Let your breathing slow down.
Slow your in-breath and slow down your exhale.
Let the muscles in your face relax.
Let go.
Let your shoulders drop.
Be at ease.
Feel your abdomen area get soft.
Let go.
Sense the rise and fall of your chest,
The expansion and the softening of your abdomen as you slowly breathe.
Your legs and your feet are relaxed.
Be physically at ease.
Withdraw your attention from the body.
Have no interest in the activity of your mind.
Your mind will forever create thoughts and ideas and opinions.
See this activity from a distance.
Observe the mind from a viewing point that is not personal.
Have no ownership of the stories presented by mind.
Have no ownership of mind itself.
You are not who you think you are.
Go deeply within.
Orient your attention deeper within.
Drop deeply.
Let go.
Surrender.
Sink deeper within.
Let there be an image of dissolving at the bottom of the ocean.
Let the body mind is melting and disappearing into the fluid water.
To the point of where there is only the ocean.
Every part of you dissolves.
Let there be no reference point.
Your divine nature can show itself to you and mind has no idea of what this is.
Let there be rest.
There is peace.
There is stillness.
And that which is unchanging.
If thoughts are distracting your attention,
Withdraw your attention.
Reorient your attention to the depth of your being.
And let your attention dissolve and melt into the source from where it arose from.
Your divine nature will prompt the body mind during the day.
All movement that spontaneously arises from your true divine nature does not need to be filtered and altered by the mind.
Trust this flow.
Like a natural instinct,
Allow that cue from within to guide your day.
In fluid,
Open and at ease.
In this practice,
The body mind can begin to resonate with the natural state.
Our natural way of being present in the world.
With this openness,
That which was beyond thought,
Beyond mind prior to all of it,
Can show itself to you.
Have no attachment to any of this.
Be fluid and remain open.
The mind is a tool for you to pick up and use and set down.
The body is a vehicle that allows your divine nature to experience and to express and to be spontaneous through your day.
No further layers editing your divine nature are necessary.
Have no subjective filter.
There is no need for the personal eye to modify divine movement with its subjective agenda.
Your day will unfold as it must.
And right now,
In every moment,
This is as good as it gets.
May there be acceptance for all that presents in every moment.
Without resistance,
Without anxiety,
Whatever presents was created by your divine nature and will be met by your divine nature in this dualistic,
Phenomenal realm.
All is well.
The human mind might not understand it,
But divine perfection and divine economy are always present.
Slowly bring some movement into your toes and your fingers.
Place your attention on your breath as you open your eyes.
Let your attention stay within.
And as you respond to the events of the day,
Continually withdraw your attention when it is overly invested in the external world.
Retain your attention within.
And for mind,
It can hold the image of being fluid like water and merging as one with the depth of the ocean.
All is well.
