Welcome to today's meditation.

Settle in.

We're going to start with some deep breaths.

The respiratory system is the only system where your body will take control of it without you thinking about it.

And you can also take control of it yourself.

It's because of this that it's very,

Very powerful.

An amazing way to change your state.

We're going to take some deep breaths.

As you breathe in,

Into your stomach,

Right down into the belly.

And as you breathe out,

Picture the number three,

Three times.

As you do,

All of the tension go.

Release any tension in the temples,

The jaw,

The neck and shoulders.

Release the arms.

Release the hips.

Any tension.

As you breathe out,

Picturing the number two,

Three times.

As you picture the number two,

Feel yourself mentally relaxing.

Complete mental relaxation.

Relax physically and mentally.

On our next deep breath,

We're picturing the number one,

Three times.

As we picture number one,

It brings us right back to our center,

Into our core.

Fully relaxed,

Fully centered.

Isn't it interesting?

Whenever you have a problem,

You're always there.

It's almost as if the problems you encounter are happening just for you.

What if that means that not only the problems are happening just for you,

But all of the good things too.

The world,

This entire existence,

Your perception is all yours.

It can be quite daunting to consider that,

But it's also very empowering.

It happens for you.

It all happens because of you.

There's a saying that when you change the way you look at the world,

Notice that if you're in a bad mood,

Everything else seems.

What about if you're in a good mood though?

Everything else just seems to slot into place perfectly.

There's no reason why the un-state of being,

Present with your thoughts,

Saying goodbye to the ones that don't serve you,

And paying more attention to the positive thoughts,

Praying your mind wants more of them to you.

It also means that it will seem to go in your favor just all the time.

As a matter of course,

Liberating when we focus on the past,

Previous events,

Previous thoughts,

Previous kinds of behavior.

We bring the past into now,

Create the past,

And project it into the future.

If we're able to let these thoughts pass straight by without any attachment,

Notice thoughts that come up,

Let them drift off.

You'll feel so much more free when you're not weighed down by previous versions of yourself.

Future seems so much more open when you're not worrying about what previous versions of yourself would have done in this situation.

It gives you more possibilities,

More opportunities,

And you get to choose the ones that you follow through on.

And you get to create a new future,

One full of possibilities and opportunities that you can't even conceive of now.

Because if you can conceive of them now,

They're based on memory,

Based on your past,

Embracing a brand new future,

Simply by present in the current moment,

Saying yes when we actually want to say yes.

Previous versions of yourself might think you're not your previous self,

You are you.

What does now's you want to say yes to?

What is the universe pulling you towards?

What are you being tugged into in a certain direction?

Why resist it?

Place it on your chest,

Over your heart,

A signal to your body,

Trust your heart.

You trust the intelligence your intuition is giving you.

Take a moment to forgive yourself those things that you regret.

Forgive yourself for the things that you did that you wish you didn't.

Forgive yourself for the things that you didn't do that you should.

You're not that person anymore.

Every moment,

Choose who you are going to be.

Forgive past versions of yourself.

Love past versions of yourself.

They led you to here,

Where you are is perfect for where your journey is headed.

Those who have acted against you or who haven't supported you,

Forgive those in your past that need forgiving.

Bring your senses back,

Bring some gentle movement in your toes,

Just stretch.

Ready?

Go to sleep.

Very grounding and centering. Wish the vocal volume was a bit louder to pull it out of the background. Will come back to this one again and again.
