In through the nose and out through the mouth two more times in your own natural rhythm,
With eyes closed and breathe deepened.
You are shifting our nervous system from go mode to relaxed.
We're very safe.
You are perfectly safe right here,
Right now.
Take a deep breath.
As you breathe out,
Feel yourself relaxing.
With every breath,
You become more relaxed,
More peaceful.

Picture the number three,
Three times.
As you do,
A sense of complete physical relaxation takes hold.
As you breathe out,
All of the tension in your body.
You are at level three,
Complete physical relaxation.

You enter a state of complete mental relaxation,

Completely calm,
Happy and at peace.

Negative thoughts and negative suggestions have no impact on me.
Relax.
Relax your mouth.

Feel that relaxation trickling through the rest of your body.
Relax your arms and your shoulders.
Relax your chest.
Relax your legs,
Your thighs,
Your shins and calves.
Feel your feet.
Picture yourself relaxed.
Feel yourself completely at ease.
When you are relaxed like you are right now,
You become inspired.
You can see a clearer picture of where you want to be and how to get there.
As we slow down our breathing,
We change our state.
Our brainwaves shift from beta to alpha.
In this state,
We are open to our intuition and our creativity.
Now let your breathing return to its own natural rhythm.
Take the palm of your hand to the center of your chest.
Lightly touch this part of your body.
With this touch,
We are signifying to our consciousness that we defer now to the wisdom of our heart,
Its intuitive intelligence.
You may feel,
Even with this touch alone,
An effortless sense of expansion of the electromagnetic field surrounding your anatomical heart.
Now we increase that sense of expansion by bringing to mind something,
Someone or somewhere that evokes strong feelings of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Joy and wonder.
Allow yourself to keep it very simple.
Land on one mental image that really shows and allows you to move into these feelings with your entire being.
Simply surrendering yourself to these feelings,
This state that increases the frequency of your vibration.
It could be the perfect cup of coffee,
A smile from someone you love,
Sunshine on your face.
Whatever it is for you,
Bring all of your attention to this mental image with laser-like precision so that you can expand into these feelings of joy,
Appreciation,
Openness and freedom.
Move yourself over to these feelings with your entire being.
You may feel or imagine as though every cell of your body is lit up with this high vibrational feeling,
This state.
Or you might move into silence,
Together now just for a moment.
Stay present to that mental image so that these feelings can continue to grow and expand with you.
Stay present and focused on that mental image.
As these feelings continue to grow and expand,
Moving out from your physical body and into your subtle body.
Feel the peace.
Feel that love expanding.
Now surrender this practice.
Let everything go.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Feeling your belly,
Feeling it fill as much as possible.
Lower your hand to your lap and then exhale out through the mouth with an audible sigh,
Letting go,
Slowing down,
Letting go,
Slowing down.
Relax.
Enjoy this moment of peace.
Realize that the more you practice something,
The better you get and the more natural it becomes to make this loving,
Relaxed state of mind natural.
