Take two long deep breaths in through your nose.
And exhale,

Let it go.

Soften your eyes.
Create space between the lips.
Release the shoulders.
Box breathing is a simple relaxation technique.
It's going to help you feel ease and remove stress.
And it can also help you sleep.
And it's really easy to do.
So let's do it together.
With box breathing,
I want you to imagine breathing around a box with its four sides.
We'll inhale to four.
Hold the breath for four.
Exhale for four.
And then hold that for four.
Creating a box with our breath.
And when you breathe,
I really want you to focus on the breath.
Let it soothe you.
Let it support you.

Take an exhale out your nose wherever you're at.
And then we'll begin.

Hold one two three four exhale four three two one hold four three two one inhale hold exhale hold inhale hold exhale hold and then do two more rounds like that really letting the breath soothe you inviting a sense of ease into the breath and simply noticing the breath as it comes and as it goes watch it ebb and flow take a deep breath in and a deep breath out relax your throat unhinge your jaw part your lips and teeth soften your tongue inside your mouth feel sensations in your mouth feel the cheeks melt down the side of your face relaxing softening I sink down in the sockets forehead is light let it soften and expand relax the ears the folds of the ears the ears full of sensation listening observing and can you allow yourself to fully relax what is that feeling and take one more deep breath in and a deep breath out let it go let it go and feel yourself settling into the surface beneath you releasing any tension with the breath on the inhales feel yourself getting the lighter and on the exhale allow yourself to breathe down and out your back using that exhale to release to let go of anything that is stopping you from resting here and we'll do one more cycle of box breathing here to further support you on your journey of relaxation and rest this time we're gonna count to five ready take an exhale out your nose wherever you're at and then we'll begin inhale one two three four five hold one two three four five exhale five four three two one hold five four three two one inhale one two three four five hold one two three four five exhale five four three two one hold five four three two one inhale hold exhale hold inhale hold exhale hold and do two more final rounds like that letting the breath soothe you letting this breath be natural really soft in the face and the body as you breathe here relaxing softening resting and take a deep breath in and a settling breath out and can you get five percent more comfortable here what does that look like to get five percent more comfortable and feel the whole body here the whole body together as one resting imagine your whole body settling into rest imagine your whole body surrendering to rest visualize your whole body resting deeply giving yourself permission to rest deeply permission to enter the deepest state of sleep right now allow the edges of the body to dissolve to soften and settle finding yourself relaxing deeper and deeper once again this is jax from stress design and thank you friend for being here I'm so grateful for our time together if you enjoyed this track please leave me a comment and let me know what you enjoyed so I know what other content to make for you and I'll leave you in silence to be with yourself and the gentle sounds of rain to sue you into a peaceful state of rest and relaxation you deserve peace mostly you missed a
