Welcome to Love Language Meditation.
I invite you to either lay down or find a comfortable seated position.
As today we'll be focusing on the frequency of harmony.
Feeling the sound frequencies,
The vibrations of harmony in your cells and in your body.
Take a deep breath in.
Slow exhale out.
Inhale.
Open the mouth and a big sigh out.
Every exhalation allow your body just to soften.
Allow the eyelids just to be relaxed.
Then clench the jaw and relax the root of the tongue.
Listen to the love language.
Listen with an open heart and an open mind.
And feeling it as melodies of the soul.
Listen in to the love language.
Listen in the heart,
In it,
In the mind… Take a deep breath in.
Exhale out.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep breath in.
Exhale slowly out.
Feel it in the heart space.
Many questions will arise,
Some stories in the mind.
Allow them to rise without analysing it or judging.
Just come back to the heart each time and breathe.
The frequency of harmony.
Deep breath in again.
Exhale out.
Bring all the toes and the fingers.
Take your time to slowly open the eyes.
Make sure you drink lots of water today after the transmission.
