Go ahead and find a comfy seat.
You can use a big comfortable chair.
You could sit on the ground or on a meditation pillow like I'm doing,
Or you can even lay on the floor,
The couch,
Or the bed.
Whatever's most comfortable for you will help you to be able to feel relaxed.
That will be perfect.
Some of y'all may be very used to meditating,
And for others of you,
This may be totally new.
And either way is gonna be absolutely fine for this meditation.
Before we start,
I just want you to know it's gonna be very simple,
And I'm gonna guide you through the whole way.
So no need to worry about anything.
Just settle in,
Get comfortable,
And we'll do this together.
Once you're all settled in,
Go ahead and take your Rose Quartz or your Peace and Love Crystal,
And you're going to place it into your non-dominant hand.
So if you're right-handed like I am,
Then that's your left hand.
Or if you're left-handed,
Then it's your right hand.
Basically,
It's your non-dominant hand,
Your non-dominant side of the body.
The reason for this is that that non-dominant side is receiving energy,
Where your dominant side is sending out or projecting energy.
So when we put our Rose Quartz in that non-dominant hand,
It allows the energy to flow inward,
Going through the Rose Quartz and sending that love energy out to the rest of our body.
Once you're all settled in and ready,
You can go ahead and gently close your eyes,
Nestle into that comfortable spot,
And we'll start with a few deep breaths.
Breathing in deeply through your nose,
Filling your belly as you breathe,
And breathing out through your mouth,
Letting all that air rush out again.
Breathing in love and breathing out fear.
Breathing in love and staying focused on that love as you breathe out.
Continue to breathe deeply but easily,
Finding a rhythm that feels comfortable for you.
As you breathe out,
Imagine breathing out tension a little more each time.
With every breath,
You feel more relaxed,
More at ease.
And continuing this easy,
Comfortable breath,
Let's bring our focus to our heart center.
This is your heart chakra,
Which is right next to your heart in the center of your chest.
You may even want to place your hands together over your heart,
And then you can move your hands to the center of your chest.
You can move your hands to the center of your chest,

You may even want to place your hands together over your heart,
If this helps you to focus your thoughts here.
Feel the beat of your heart.
Feel the warmth of your chest.
Feel your rose quartz combining its love energy with the love that is already here in your heart.
Now,
Let's send that love out to the rest of our body.
First,
We'll send that love from our heart out into our arms,
Feeling that love returned through our hands,
Through the rose quartz,
And back into our heart center.
Continue to focus on this beautiful circle,
Love out through the arms,
Into the hands,
Through that rose quartz,
And back into the heart.
Now,
Let's send that love down into our rib cage,
Into our stomach,
Sending love to our physical organs here that do such an amazing job for us,
Digesting and absorbing nutrients,
Removing toxins,
Carrying them away out of our body.
Take a moment of gratitude for all the amazing things that your body does for you every day.
Take a moment of gratitude for all the amazing things that your body does for you every moment of every day.
Thank your body for being resilient,
For the challenges you come up against.
And now,
Sending that love down into your hips,
Into your legs,
Into your feet.
They work so hard for us every day,
Standing or running around or sitting at a computer for hours.
Send love and gratitude for all those hours.
Focus on releasing tension,
Releasing stored up stress.
You can wiggle around a little if you need to,
To loosen up that tension,
And send it out with your outward breath.
Bringing our focus once again to our heart center,
Let's send love upward,
Sending it up to our heads,
Releasing fearful thoughts and replacing them with gratitude.
For every breath,
Let's think of one thing we are grateful for.
We'll spend a few minutes here,
Writing out that gratitude list,
One thing at a time,
In our head,
And then with each new item on our list,
Storing that away inside our heart.

And now that we're filled with all of this wonderful love and gratitude and peace,
Sit in that feeling for a moment.
Now we are filled with all of this wonderful love and gratitude and peace.
In fact,
We have more energy than we need just for ourselves,
And we have a few more minutes of time.
So together,
How about we send this love energy out to the rest of the world?
Let's focus first on sending that energy out to those who are with us right now.

A great way to help remember the feeling to be able to recreate this energy throughout our day and our week is to create an affirmation to help us remember and reconnect.
One of my favorite affirmations that is so simple and effective is this.

Breathing out fear and breathing in love.
Breathing out tension and breathing in peace.

And breathing in love for ourselves,
For our body,

And now let us return slowly into our day.
Wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
Simply moving your whole body.
When you're ready,
