It's the Body Love Mindset Meditation.
What I want you to learn how to do is to start releasing self-doubt,
Learn how to lower your stress and give you the confidence you need to focus,
Be more productive and transform your beliefs about your body.
Now this is something that won't happen overnight.
I'm not going to give you this hope,
This end all,
Oh you got the golden ticket.
This is something where you can start rotating in your morning routine or your evening routine.
And throughout this process I want you to make a note of any changes in the entire process,
The entire experience in your journal.
Let's take a walk and you might want to do this when you're trying to find a quiet place for your meditation.
You might want to take a walk and start that meditation.
No matter what distractions may come your way,
Just get quiet and be present.
You can start with a few minutes a day,
If you decide to stretch it out that's fine too.
Just whatever time that you have,

You can just start five minutes per day.
Throughout this meditation I want you to learn how to focus.
Don't worry about all the things that you didn't get done yesterday or the things you have to do today.
I just want you to focus and be present in the now.
So you can sit in what they call lotus position or crisscross applesauce.
You want to make sure you are comfortable.
Now if you want to sit in a chair you can do that as well.
But one tip,
Don't use a pillow because you might end up falling asleep.
What I do recommend when you first begin is setting a timer that way your body can get used to the meditation process.
So you're going to start with five minutes but I want you to set your alarm to nine minutes just so your body can get used to it.
Now repeat this meditation as often as you want.
I just want you to start.
Start with five minutes a day then work your way up.
And always journal the journey to see how this new body love journey develops for you.
So are you ready to begin?
Take a deep breath.
Close your eyes.
And let's start by first breathing deeply.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold for three and exhale it out.
Now let's do this again.
Breathe in.
Hold for three.
Then breathe out.
Last time.
Deep breathe in.
And let it out slowly keeping your eyes closed.
At this moment your body should start relaxing.
Keep your eyes closed.
You are a beautiful soul with a love for life.
You have the tools to create the life that you want.
I want you to focus on one thing that you love about your body.
Stay in that place.
I want you to be in that feeling.
Notice the way your body feels physically as you are focused on that love.
Continue to breathe normally but notice it.
Imagine all of that energy that you feel is at the start of your back as if it were helping you to straighten up your posture.
Receive the help that it brings to your body.
Slowly imagine that same energy,
That love that you're focused on,
Has moved a little below your waist but below your navel.
Embody the joy that it brings to you in this moment.
From there that energy of love is surrounding your gut area and it is helping to reclaim the power you need to walk out in confidence.
You should start feeling that energy travel to your heart where you start releasing trust in yourself again.
Start releasing.
Start releasing the love of peace that is surrounding your heart.
Continue to breathe through this process and receive the energy in your vocals and whisper,
I believe.
Begin to imagine the energy traveling to your forehead in between your eyes.
Things are beginning to feel different and you are feeling more free to accept your love for your body as truth.
For the last few moments I want you to just focus on your breathing and embody the energy of love that you just created in your space.
Stay here for about nine seconds.
As this meditation comes to a close,
I want you to start speaking those things as though they are truth,
Your truth,
Part of your new story.
Some call it manifesting.
Remember to tell yourself,

I have the tools to create the life that I want.
