So you can begin by letting your awareness center on your breathing,
Allowing the breath to flow intuitively to wherever it's needed.
Just observing it,
Breathing and releasing.
Taking note of how this feels in your body and mind to simply observe a very natural and easy process.
Breathing in peace and ease and exhaling whatever you'd like to release.
Trust your body to recenter.
Muscles unwinding.
Your mind feeling so clear.
And you can allow this exercise to be useful in whatever way is most helpful.
As you open up to your highest wisdom and see things from the most helpful perspective.
Creating a sense of pleasant spaciousness.
So you can feel confident and competent in this moment and moving forward.
Remembering that most frustrations are typically temporary.
There are points on our timeline that so often seem larger in the moment but are so much smaller in perspective.
Eventually fading into the background.
Maybe a chapter or perhaps merely a sentence in the book of your life.
It's part of the story but ultimately there is so much more.
And you can shift perspective now.
Perhaps viewing a current challenge from a new angle.
From a place of easy detachment.
Any thoughts or judgements.
Any emotions drifting past like clouds moving across the sky.
Any worries so temporary.
A droplet of water in the ocean.
So you can notice and breathe through any longing for how things used to be.
Or how a part of you ideally wishes you could do them.
Honor your thoughts and feelings as your truth of the moment as you give yourself space to simply observe and be.
Just notice how that feels.
Such a simple but powerful act to set these thoughts aside for now and be in the gift of the present.
And in this place of newfound spaciousness you can remember now all of the times in the past when you worried that you couldn't and yet you did.
So just allow yourself to honor this.
Because the work you do whether it's teaching or leading,
Guiding or healing.
It's part of a higher calling.
Whose value goes beyond any one moment or any one lesson.
It's so much larger than that when you're helping others grow.
And as you tune into the essence of what it is you want to convey it becomes even easier to trust in the process.
To see yourself doing what you need to easily and well.
Understanding that the essence of what you offer transcends the medium.
And just like a gardener sowing seeds you can cultivate the ground but you must allow each idea to germinate.
So much is happening beneath the surface even when it's not yet obvious.
So you can do what you do in the way that you can in this moment and then trust others to grow in their own way and time.
And what a relief it is to remember that no one is perfect and you don't need to be either.
You can share your knowledge and wisdom letting it flow from your heart.
What you are creating is greater than any one moment or any one lesson.
You are here in this role for a reason.
You can allow feelings of connection to transcend any worry.
As you've come together for a higher purpose so you can envision the work before you as a very successful journey.
Feeling gratitude and pride for all of the good you have already done.
Knowing at a very deep level that you have made a difference.
Whether or not you've known it at the time.
The world is that much better because of you.
So breathe,
Center and release.
Good.
