Inhale through the nose and exhale for a long time through the mouth.

Inhale through the nose and exhale longer through the mouth.
Now focus on the hair coming in and out of your nostrils.
The intention of this meditation is to help you realize your dream,
To make your deepest desire come true by taking one more step towards it every day.
Now imagine a light high in the sky that enters you through the top of your head,
Fills your heart and fills your body with a beautiful healing light.
This light nourishes you,
Heals you,
Brings you the love and security you need.
And now remember your vision and the image associated with your vision.
What are the three emotions you want to feel when you achieve your vision?
How would your life be if you felt this emotion all the time?
If you perceive a resistance in your body or head,
Send your breath to this place and let the resistance go.
Let go.
And now,
How would this day go if you lived this free emotion to the full today?
What are you doing?
Who are with you?
What decision do you make?
Visualize your day starting just after this meditation until the evening when you are about to go to bed.
And when you have arrived at the end of the day,
Take two or three breaths and when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes and come back into the here and now.
