Welcome to the Happiness Accelerator,
Session 2.
The second message in happiness is gratitude.
Breathe in deeply,
Finding yourself in a comfortable position.
And as you exhale,
Close your eyes.
Feel the relaxation already building.
Breathe deep with your belly.
And letting go of the breath slowly.
Letting your body unwind.
Any tension melting away.
And begin to ponder what is it that you really want in life.
What is it that you think will bring you the most happiness in life?
Allow these images to come into your mind and remember them throughout this session.
What is it that you want that will bring you happiness?
And we will focus on gratitude as you take these images and use them to create your reality.
Allow your breath to slow down.
Following the air as it comes into your body.
And as it exits your body.
Let your breath flow naturally without trying to change it in any way.
Just be aware of your breath.
You can feel your belly gently expanding on the in-breath.
And falling on the out-breath.
There is no need to try to do anything or change the way you feel right now.
Just follow along with the breath.
Enjoy the sensations of breathing.
The breath is a never-ending cycle and if you have distracting thoughts,
It's perfectly fine.
Just acknowledge that you noticed and return back to the breathing.
Gratitude is the strongest emotion that leads to manifestation.
So the more gratitude you have,
The more happiness you will experience.
And according to the laws of the universe,
Whatever you give out is what you receive.
So right now,
Feel thankful for this moment.
The peace and the serenity and the time away from your busy life is a gift.
You are investing in you right now.
Connecting to your soul,
Your spirit,
Your body,
And your mind.
Be grateful for this wonderful gift you are giving yourself.
Now let's become grateful for the most abundant resource on Earth.
Oxygen.
This resource that we need the most is available always.
So breathe in deeply and say to yourself,
I am thankful for the air that I breathe.
Now imagine the beauty of your mind.
All of the things that you've done in your life,
All of the things that you've learned.
And say thank you.
Thank you for this mind.
And gratitude followed by happiness in this moment right now.
Think about your gifts and talents and be grateful for them.
All that you have given to the world and shared with others.
All of the friends that you've laughed with over the years,
Be thankful for them.
By practicing gratitude on a daily basis,
You will improve your health and enjoy your life even more so.
Elevate even more by being even more grateful for everything that you have in your life.
Your home.
The place you live.
Your health.
Your bed.
The nutritious food that you eat on a daily basis.
Warm showers.
Loving smiles surrounding you.
Be grateful for anything and everything.
Even your 10 fingers and 10 toes.
And as you rise from this meditation in your own time,
Be grateful for life itself.
Be grateful for who you are.
You may open your eyes.
Be grateful for everything that you have in your life.
