When we are at rest for more than a few minutes, we often feel, awkward and even bored. We seem uncomfortable, alone with ourselves. We wonder what to do, we are aware of our restless monkey mind and we go to bed with it, feeling exhausted and unrested in the morning. To avoid ourselves we look for all sorts of entertainment while rest should be our priority. I propose to send yourself some love and care today. Namaste.

This series is dedicated to people who have not more than 10 minutes to spend on themselves but who are conscious that they need it.

Take 4 to 5 full breaths,

Deep and slow,

While I'll introduce you to this month's topic.

When you are done,

You can breathe normally.

So breathe in.

When we are at rest for more than a few minutes,

We often feel awkward and even bored.

We seem uncomfortable,

Alone with ourselves.

We wonder what to do.

And sometimes we are even aware of our restless monkey mind.

And we go to bed with it,

Feeling exhausted and unrested in the morning.

To avoid ourselves,

We look for all sorts of entertainment.

I propose to send some love and care to yourself today.

What we have to understand is that this is during these moments of rest that we can regenerate and restore our biological machine.

I invite you to find a place where you can be alone and unperturbed for a while and to switch off all of your devices,

TV,

To hide your magazines,

Books and forget about entertainment.

Please wear your headphones.

We are going to bring ourselves in the allowing mode to let our body do its job,

That is taking care of our system and vital functions,

To be in optimum health.

You have nothing to do but let yourself go.

Enjoy this moment,

It is yours.

Your time,

Your journey,

Your healing.

You,

Only you.

It is good to be with yourself for once.

Peaceful,

Relaxing,

Letting go.

Nothing,

You need nothing.

Just close your eyes and follow my voice.

The sound surrounding you,

The feeling,

The comfort.

You and yourself resting,

Drifting,

Relaxing,

Dropping and letting go.

Letting go of the resistance that you have accumulated today and yesterday and the day before and the one before that.

You are heavy.

You feel like on a cloud,

Gentle,

Soft,

So soft.

Your cells work for you right now and you can feel it.

Trust it,

Know it,

Be it.

Close your eyes,

Sleep,

Sleeping now.

That is what you want.

You just have to allow it.

So allow it.

Let go.

It is your time.

Please continue with your meditation.
