Close your eyes too.
Fall in to yourself.
Take a deep breath,
Breathing in for four and out for five.
And again taking a deep breath,
Breathing in for four and out for five.
And again taking a deep breath in,
Breathing in for four and out for five.
Now find your perfect breath in and your perfect breath out.
And I wonder if you can imagine being sat in a secret garden.
It's a chilly autumnal day but you are wrapped up and warm.
You are surrounded by plants all changing their paths,
Hearing their call and changing their direction.
Trees letting go,
Flowers saying goodbye.
And in front of you a pond,
Beautiful and clear.
The sound of birds singing their evening autumn call as dusk settles.
And as you look at the sky the colours from the setting sun dance in the wispy clouds.
And every now and then a shooting star.
Your body peaceful and relaxed.
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Let go and feel the stillness of your body.
Let go and know that we can't change what surrounds us.
But we can change our thoughts within us about the things that surround us.
Sometimes whether we worry about something or don't worry about something the outcome will be the same.
We change our response and you can do just that too.
Fears and worries are within and although at times you may feel out of control of external happenings you can stop and look,
Reassess the situation and take control as to how you will process that internally within you before you bring it home to your soul.
Home is where your heart is.
Place your hand upon your precious,
Precious heart.
I love you.
I will keep you safe precious heart of mine.
Fears and worries goodbye.
Thank you for your teaching but I no longer need you here with me.
I release you to dust to travel vast and far away from me.
Let go.
You can let go.
It's okay.
You don't need to hold onto it anymore.
Let go.
Let go.
As you let go feel the stillness of earth that surrounds you and let a sense of that stillness grow.
See the stillness of the pond.
The mist tenderly rising from its still,
Still surface and you feel that within yourself there is a stillness.
You feel completely still.
There are soft answers within your body as the natural practices support you to experience an inner sense of well-being,
Of health,
A peaceful feeling of serenity all the while feeling perfectly still and balanced,
Full of self-love and devotion.
And the water of this still,
Still surface smooth,
Clear and caring.
Move closer to the water so that you can touch it.
Get a droplet of water on the end of your finger and let it,
In its own time,
Drip back down into the water so that it breaks the surface of the water to create a ripple.
Watch the ripple extend to the edges,
Perfectly full.
And do it again,
But this time as you watch the ripple take a deep breath.
Breathe in until the ripple reaches the edges of the pond and then breathe out when the ripple dissipates.
Meet another ripple,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Another ripple,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feel the stillness within you,
The stillness of your breath,
The stillness of your body,
The stillness of you.
Be present,
Be mindful.
Don't be there.
Be here,
In this moment,
In this time.
It's you and the stillness.
Your body and you and you are well.
You're safe.
You are loved.
With love and with life.
Namaste.
