Welcome and thank you for joining me today.

My name is Andrea.

In this meditation,

We are going to explore how we can be more compassionate to ourselves.

In order to get to full unconditional self-love,

We first have to start being compassionate with ourselves.

This meditation will include a series of questions to help you explore how you are compassionate with yourself.

If you would like to journal on these as I ask them,

Grab a pen and paper.

If you prefer to sit in meditation with them,

Simply get comfortable.

Get yourself into a comfortable seated position or laying down.

Begin with a series of deep breaths in order to calm our nervous system so we can get better information.

We will focus on the exhale being longer than the inhale.

So breathe in and exhale.

Breathing in and exhale.

And exhale.

Breathing in and exhale.

Now I want you to imagine a white healing light coming up from Mother Earth,

Entering into the soles of your feet,

Moving around your body,

Removing any toxic energy,

Removing and healing anything that isn't serving you.

As this toxic energy departs your body,

Imagine the white light turning into a shell around you,

Protecting you from any outside negativity coming in.

You are safe in this space.

Nothing can harm you.

Sit and feel that protective energy.

Where have I been hard on myself lately?

So so so.

What am I expecting by being hard on myself?

What is the outcome that I am looking for?

So so so so Is this a reasonable expectation?

So What in this situation am I holding onto because I feel I am not enough?

What in this situation am I holding onto because I feel I am not enough?

How can I be more loving to myself around this?

How can I be more forgiving to myself?

How can I be more loving to myself around this?

How can I be more loving to myself around this?

How can I be more loving to myself around this?

How can I be more loving to myself around this?

How can I be more loving to myself around this?

How can I be more loving to myself around this?

How can I be more loving to myself around this?

How can I be more loving to myself around this?

Now simply be with all the information that you have gathered in this meditation.

Allow your soul to understand it.

Allow your heart to understand it.

Become at peace with this information.

Become at peace with this information.

Become at peace with this information.

Slowly begin to come back to the present moment.

Opening your eyes if they were closed.

Wiggling your fingers.

Noticing the room around you.

Easing yourself back into this present moment.

As you continue on with your day,

Be gentle with yourself.

This can trigger intense emotions.

Allow yourself time to feel those emotions and process them.

If you need to journal further,

Continue to do so.

Thank you for sharing your practice with me today.
