Let's start with taking a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
And again,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Imagine it is a bright sunny day.
The sun is shining brilliantly.
And there is a beautiful waterfall nearby.
The waterfall is very special to you.
And when you think about this special place,
You feel peaceful and calm inside.
There is a bushy path leading to the waterfall from your home.
And you decide you would like to visit the waterfall today.
Follow the grassy path,
Stepping over rocks and stones and golden leaves that have fallen from the trees.
Listen to the leaves crunching beneath your feet with every step you take.
Become aware of your breathing.
Noticing your breath as you walk along gently,
Breathing in and gently breathing out.
You can now smell the scent of the earth and the bush.
This smell fills every part of your body.
It feels so relaxing to be here.
You can hear the sound of birds singing and hear the whisper of the gentle breeze blowing through the trees.
These sounds are so soothing.
As you take your next step,
You can hear the sound of the waterfall.
And you begin to smile as you cannot wait to feel the cool water on your skin.
The air is warm and the breeze becomes strong as you draw closer towards the waterfall.
The breeze feels cool and soft against your face and you are feeling so happy inside.
You reach the waterfall and you find a large rock to sit on.
You sit and watch the blue water effortlessly flowing down.
You can see so many colours sparkling in the water that are being reflected by the sun.
You sit and watch.
The colours are so beautiful and you feel a sense of deep peace in your heart just being here.
With that feeling of peace in through your nose and slowly breathe out,
Letting go of any tension you have been holding in any parts of your body.
Breathe in peace.
Slowly breathe out until your body is completely relaxed and every muscle in your body feels soft and loose.
One more time.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out.
You walk over to the stream at the bottom of the waterfall and you slowly step in.
The temperature of the water feels so cool and refreshing and your body tingles from head to toe.
Take a moment to float in the cool water and feel the sun beaming down warming the top of your head and entire body.
Everything is quiet and still.
There is just you and nature and the sound of the magical waterfall.
Enjoy this time just floating,
Just being and relaxing without a care in the world.
All your worries have faded away.
You are safe and happy in your special place.
When you hear the bell slowly open your eyes and come back to this moment feeling peaceful and calm.
