The liver is known as the organ that stores anger.

It goes into your liver.
Your liver works hard every day to detoxify your body,
But it also holds emotional toxins,
Old anger,
Resentment,
Frustration you never expressed.
Today we are going to help your liver release,
Physically and emotionally.
Find a comfortable position.
You can sit or lie down.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and let it out with a sigh.
Ahhhh.
Again breathe in and sigh it out.
Place your right hand on the right side of your body,
Just below your ribs.
That's where your liver is.
Your hard working,
Patient,
Incredible liver.
Feel the warmth of your hand.
Your liver is there,
Doing its job,
Even as we meditate together.
Say to your liver now,
Thank you.
Thank you for filtering my blood.
Thank you for processing everything I put into my body.
Thank you for holding what I couldn't express.
Your liver has been holding so much.
Not just the alcohol,
The processed food,
The medications,
But also the anger you swallowed at work,
The frustration you didn't voice in that relationship,
The resentment that's been sitting there for years.
It's time to let your liver release.
It's time to help it detox in every possible way.
Take a deep breath and imagine breathing directly into your liver.
With each inhale,
You send fresh,
Clean,
Green energy into your liver.
Healing energy.
Supportive energy.
Breathe in.
Green,
Healing light flows into your liver.
And with each exhale,
Your liver releases toxins,
Old,
Stagnant energy,
Anger.
Breathe in.
Green,
Healing light.
Out.
Dark,
Toxic energy.
In.
Fresh.
In,
Healing.
Out,
Releasing.
Now let's go deeper.
Let's look at that anger your liver has been storing.
Think about a moment when you felt angry but couldn't express it.
Maybe at work,
Maybe in a relationship,
Maybe at yourself.
Don't judge it.
Just notice it.
The anger is still in there.
Where in your liver do you feel it?
Maybe as heaviness,
Maybe as heat,
Maybe as tightness.
Breathe into that spot.
Send your breath there,
Like a gentle wave,
Washing over this stored anger.
And now,
Imagine this anger has a color.
Maybe it's red.
Maybe it's black.
Maybe it's pink.
What color is your anger?
See this color in your liver.
Don't be afraid of it.
It's just energy.
Energy that wants to move.
Now,
With your next exhale,
Let this colored energy flow out.
Out of your liver.
Down through your body.
Through your legs.
Out through your feet.
Breathe it into the earth.
The earth can take it.
The earth can transform it.
Let it go.
Breathe in green light.
Breathe out the colored anger.
Over and over.
Maybe specific memories come up.
Specific moments when you felt rage,
Frustration,
Resentment.
Let them come.
Don't push them away.
Each memory is a pocket of stored anger in your liver.
And each one can be released now.
Breathe into each memory.
Acknowledge it.
Yes,
That happened.
Yes,
I was angry.
And now,
I let it go.
With each exhale,
Let that anger flow out.
You don't need to carry it anymore.
It has served its purpose.
Now it can leave.
Keep breathing.
Keep releasing.
Your liver is getting lighter.
Cleaner.
Freer.
Now imagine that beautiful green light.
The color of spring,
Of new growth,
Of healing,
Filling your entire liver.
The light is washing through every cell of your liver.
Cleansing.
Purifying.
Healing.
This green light dissolves any remaining anger.
It soothes any inflammation.
It restores balance.
And as your liver heals,
You feel it emotionally too.
You feel lighter,
Less burdened,
Less angry.
The anger that was stuck is now flowing,
Moving,
Leaving.
Place both hands on your liver now.
Send it love.
Send it gratitude.
Say,
I am sorry for everything I've asked you to hold.
I am sorry for the anger I didn't know how to express.
Thank you for holding it for me.
Now I'm ready to let it go.
You might feel warmth.
You might feel a softening.
Now let's seal this healing.
Imagine your liver glowing with vibrant green light.
Healthy.
Strong.
Clean.
All the old anger is gone.
Only health remains.
Only balance remains.
Take a deep breath in and feel this new lightness.
Your liver is free.
You are free.
From now on,
When anger comes,
You'll express it in a healthy way.
You won't store it in your liver anymore.
You'll speak it,
Move it,
Release it.
Before it gets stuck.
Breathe naturally now.
Feel your body.
Notice if there's more space,
More ease,
More lightness where there was heaviness before.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Thank your liver one more time.
