In TCM, the liver is the organ that stores anger. When it gets stuck in the body, it affects our emotional & physical health, especially the liver. Through breath work, visualization, and energy work, you'll cleanse both the physical organ and the emotional energy stored within it. You'll release old anger, frustration, and resentment that your liver has been holding onto. Post-Meditation Tips: * Drink plenty of water today * Consider lemon water or green tea * Avoid alcohol for 24 hours if possible * Journal about what came up * If anger surfaces later today, let it move (scream into a pillow, punch a cushion, dance it out) * Practice expressing small frustrations instead of swallowing them * Be gentle with yourself – emotional detox can be intense The liver meridian is most active between 1-3 AM. If you wake up during these hours feeling angry or frustrated, it's your liver processing. Breathe through it, send green light to your liver, and let the emotions move through you.
