Welcome.

If you're listening to this,

Your mind might be busy right now.

And that's okay.

There is nothing wrong with you.

You don't need to force anything right now.

Just listen to my voice and let these words be your anchor.

I accept this moment exactly as it is.

I stop fighting against being awake.

I am safe in my bed.

I give my thoughts permission to slow down.

I don't need to solve anything right now.

Everything is taken care of for tonight.

I allow my forehead to be smooth and soft.

I am learning to trust the pause.

I let my thoughts drift by like clouds in the sky.

I do not hold on to them.

I am gentle with myself tonight.

There is no pressure to sleep instantly.

Rest is already happening just by lying here.

I feel the support of the mattress beneath me.

I invite softness into my mind.

The day is over.

The door is closed.

I am drifting into a space of quiet.

It is safe to let go.

My mind is becoming still.

Peace is available to me right now.

I surrender to the night.

I am drifting into deep sleep.
