We are not here to judge that feeling.

We are here to meet it with softness.

Imagine a warm,

Heavy blanket covering you.

You are safe here.

Let's begin with the affirmations.

I am allowed to be heavy.

With every breath,

I sink deeper into my bed.

My legs are heavy and warm.

My arms are heavy and relaxed.

I release the tightness in my chest.

I breathe out all the rushing energy of the day.

I am nowhere else but here.

There is nowhere to go.

There is nothing to do.

My body knows exactly how to rest.

I trust the wisdom of my body.

I feel a warm wave of relaxation moving through me.

It is safe to close my eyes.

I am protected and warm.

I let go of the need to move.

I enjoy the stillness.

My breathing is slow and steady.

I am sinking down.

I am at peace with my body.

Gravity is holding me safely.

I am ready to sleep.
