Hello everyone,

This is Isabel.

Welcome to my peaceful universe.

Today we are going to explore the quiet universe within you.

That special place where you can calm your mind and relax your body.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay and rest your hands on your lap or by your sides.

Now gently close your eyes and let's begin.

Let's begin by bringing your attention to your breathing.

Just notice your breath as it gently flows in and out without any effort at all.

In and out it flows softly and gently.

See if you can feel any parts of your body moving as you pay attention to your gentle breath right now.

Tuning into your breath is so special as it brings you to the here and now and connects you to this very moment.

Keep your attention on your breath for a little while longer.

Watching it flow in and flow out.

Notice how calm and relaxed your body and mind feels right now.

When you are ready,

Imagine that you are standing in a very peaceful and serene place in nature.

You are surrounded by acres of lush grassland and you can hear the sound of a beveling brook close by.

The grass beneath your feet is a thick rich green and feels so so soft beneath your feet.

You can hear the birds singing and see them gliding freely through the wind.

And as you look ahead,

Something very large and magnificent catches your attention.

A very big smile beams across your face.

It is a giant big balloon.

The balloon is covered in all your favourite colours and the reflection of the sun makes all the colours shimmer and sparkle.

This balloon feels so magical and so special and slowly you climb in.

Within a few seconds the wind picks up and you find yourself ascending and floating higher and higher into the sky.

As you look up,

The sky is filled with a tapestry of colours with shades of pink and pastel blues.

There are also soft white clouds floating slowly and gently through the vast open sky.

You take a moment to pause and take in the stillness and beauty of your surroundings.

It feels so peaceful to be here right now.

Just floating and gliding like a bird through the clear skies.

You are so grateful for this moment.

This fills your entire being.

Take a moment to breathe in this feeling of happiness until it fills every cell of your being.

Now slowly breathe out,

Connecting with the cool and fresh air.

Feel the clean fresh air nourishing your whole body and filling your lungs.

Higher and higher your balloon is floating and lighter and lighter your body becomes.

You don't have a care in the world right now.

As your balloon floats higher towards the soft white clouds.

You feel so safe being here.

Your mind feels so relaxed.

All your worries have faded away.

Any tension that you were holding in your body has disappeared.

Being so high feels so calming and you feel so free.

You feel so alive.

Let's breathe in to this aliveness right now.

Putting all of it in right down into the tips of your toes.

Now slowly breathe out.

And allow yourself to just totally embrace this wonderful experience.

Taking in the incredible views of the sky and the green earth beneath you.

Stay a little while.

Just floating and gliding.

Being so relaxed and free.

It is now time to slowly float back.

Notice how relaxed and light your body feels after your big balloon adventure.

And just know that you can return to your special big balloon anytime you want.

Take a long and gentle breath right down into your belly now.

Feel your body becoming as soft and light as a feather as you hear the words relax and let go.

Relax and let go.
