Just take a moment to arrive and gently close your eyes.
Let your body settle without trying to change anything.
And notice where your body is supported,
Where you can soften.
Unclench your jaw,
Soften your shoulders.
Bring your awareness to your breath and just notice it moving in and out of your body.
Let the inhale arrive naturally and the exhale leave naturally.
And just stay with that for a few moments,
Just observing.
Welcome to this Full Moon in Scorpio guided meditation.
The full moon is always a time of illumination.
It brings things into awareness that may have been building quietly in the background.
It's a point in the cycle where things become clear,
Where you can see more of what's been there all along.
And when we have a full moon in Scorpio,
That light does not stay on the surface.
It moves inward,
It highlights what's underneath,
What's been held,
What's ready to shift.
Scorpio is really connected to transformation,
To endings that are actually beginnings,
To the idea that we move through many versions of ourselves over time.
And the full moon really brings that to a peak.
It's not about starting something new,
It's about recognizing what has run its course and allowing it to release.
And there is also something very grounding about this moment.
Even within the intensity of Scorpio,
There is an invitation to feel safe in your body,
To trust that you can be with what comes up without being overwhelmed by it.
And this isn't about pushing or forcing change,
It's simply about allowing something natural to happen,
Something your system is already ready for,
Like shedding a layer that no longer fits.
I'm gonna ask you to take a long,
Deep breath in and a long exhale out.
Now bring your awareness into your body rather than your thoughts.
Notice if there's anywhere that feels more present.
Notice if there's anywhere that feels tighter or heavier,
Maybe even slightly uncomfortable.
And just notice it,
Really connect to that area of your body.
And if you have noticed that there is somewhere that feels a bit tighter or heavier,
Just really breathe into that area.
And try and imagine it disappearing with your breath,
Making you feel more comfortable,
More present,
And more here.
I'm gonna ask you now to allow something to come into your awareness,
A pattern,
A belief,
A way you've been showing up,
Maybe a feeling you've been carrying,
Something that no longer feels fully aligned.
And just take your time here.
Let it become clear without forcing it.
And when you do have a sense of it,
When you're clear on what pattern or belief,
You want to get rid of or release with this full moon,
Just notice how it lives in your body.
Notice where you feel it,
Notice what it feels like,
And just observe it.
Feel how this full moon energy in Scorpio is helping to reveal things to you.
It's helping to show you what you might have been ignoring.
Just try and connect to that energy.
And now begin to imagine that this isn't separate from you.
It's very much part of an outer layer,
Like a second skin that sits just over your body,
Something that once supported you and protected you and even helped you move through a certain time in your life.
Just because this is something that isn't serving you anymore does not mean that this is something that hasn't helped you in your life.
So just sense where this layer is.
It might still feel close,
Almost as if it is still merged with you,
Or it might feel slightly separate,
Like a thin layer around you.
And just spend a moment really sensing it.
Just notice its texture.
Does it feel smooth or rough?
Is it light or heavy?
Is it flexible or tight?
Really notice how it sits on your body,
Where it feels restrictive,
Where it is stopping you from moving on.
And really recognize that this layer has had its purpose.
It's not wrong,
It's not something to reject.
It's simply something that has reached its time.
And now do a quick body scan and really notice where this layer feels easiest to lift.
Is it through your head?
Through your shoulders?
Through your chest?
Through your stomach?
Through your legs?
Through your feet?
You might notice a small point where it already feels slightly loose and really bring your attention there.
And very gently,
Without any force,
Begin to peel it back.
And you can move slowly on this,
There is no rush.
The energy and the light from this full moon is gonna help you peel it away.
And just notice how easily it peels off.
You're not pulling against resistance because it's already ready to release.
You might want to imagine your hands moving slowly and steadily,
Peeling this layer away from your body.
Or you might want to imagine that you might notice that this layer peels away really easily,
That you don't even need your hands to help you.
And as this layer lifts,
Notice what's underneath.
Your skin feels new,
It feels fresh,
It feels sensitive,
More alive.
There may be slight vulnerability there,
But also a sense of freshness,
Like something has opened,
Like something is starting.
So just continue to slowly peeling this layer away,
Moving across your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your arms,
And take your time with each area,
Noticing the contrast between what you're releasing and what's underneath.
And just stay with the sensation of it,
The lightness that begins to emerge.
Just notice this space,
The difference,
However subtle it might be.
Your body begins to feel clearer,
More open,
Like something has shifted.
And just let that outer layer rest beside you.
You can watch it without engaging with it.
The light from the moon above helps dry it out and lose its structure.
It helps it to soften and break apart.
And there's no effort from you on this part.
It simply helps you to relax.
It simply dissolves,
Becoming lighter,
Less defined,
Until it fades away completely.
I'm gonna ask you now to bring your awareness back to your body and back to your breath.
And just notice the space that has opened up within you.
And from that space,
Begin to notice something new.
Not something you need to create,
Not something that is going to require a lot of effort,
Just something that naturally arises when there is room.
So for you,
That might be clarity,
Steadiness,
Maybe it's softness or strength.
Just let it come in its own way.
Allow whatever this is to move through your body,
Settling into your chest,
Your stomach,
Your entire system,
Physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
And energetically.
No effort,
You're just receiving it.
And just stay here for a few moments,
Breathing with this new space.
Really feel yourself here,
More present,
More clear,
More connected to what is true for you now.
There is nothing to rush.
This process is gonna continue beyond this moment,
Beyond this meditation,
And into the next month.
When you feel ready,
Begin to deepen your breath very slightly.
And you might want to introduce some small movements back into your body and your fingers and your toes.
And very slowly,
Very gently,
Open your eyes,
Carrying this sense of space and quiet honesty with you.
