Take a moment to arrive in this space and just allow your body to settle naturally.
Feel the support beneath you and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And a long breath out through your mouth.
Allow your shoulders to drop.
Your jaw to soften.
And just let your hands rest heavily.
There is nothing you need to do right now.
Nothing you need to figure out just be in this moment Welcome to this Strawberry Moon guided meditation.
In this practice.
I am going to help you release what is no longer yours to carry.
The strawberry moon gets its name from the wild strawberries that were traditionally harvested at this time of year.
It is a moon associated with ripening,
Completion.
And recognising what is ready.
Just as fruit reaches its fullness before it can be gathered.
There are aspects of our lives that have now reached their natural conclusion.
Beliefs,
Patterns,
Fears,
And expectations that once served a purpose may now be ready to fall away.
This year,
The strawberry moon falls in Capricorn.
This sign is often associated with mountains,
Resilience and steady progress.
It teaches us that strong foundations are built over time.
And that anything built on unstable ground will eventually reveal itself.
While Capricorn Energy can encourage us to focus on goals and achievements,
This full moon offers something a bit different.
It asks us to pause and reflect on what is weighing us down.
What pressures have we taken on that were never really ours?
What expectations from other people have we been carrying?
What stories or narratives have we outgrown?
Under the light of this moon.
We are going to release everything that has run its course.
And return to what is true for us.
So just gently bring your awareness into your body.
Into your breath and allow your breathing to settle into a natural rhythm.
I want you to begin to imagine yourself standing outside beneath a vast night sky.
Above you is the beautiful strawberry moon,
Glowing brightly against the darkness.
It appears larger than normal.
Brighter than normal.
And it's really casting a soft silver light across the landscape around you.
Everything feels still Everything feels calm.
The air is warm and gentle against your skin.
Really put yourself here.
And connect to all of your senses.
As you take in the beauty of the moon.
You notice a mountain in front of you.
It stands strong and steady beneath the moonlight.
Its presence feels reassuring This mountain has weathered storms.
Changing seasons.
And countless years of change.
Yet it remains strong,
Grounded.
And moving.
And you feel really drawn towards it as you begin to walk towards the mountain.
You become aware that you are carrying a heavy backpack.
And you didn't really notice it before,
But now you can really feel its weight.
This backpack contains everything you have been carrying.
That no longer belongs to you.
The pressures,
The expectations,
The fears,
The doubts.
The belief that you should be further ahead than you are.
The belief that you must constantly prove yourself.
The belief that you're worth depends on what you achieve.
So just pause for a moment.
And simply notice the weight of this backpack.
Notice how long you have been carrying it.
Notice how familiar it has become.
You may even realise that some of these burdens have become part of your identity.
But the energy from the strawberry moon.
Is going to help you release this weight.
So start to walk slowly up the mountain path.
There is no rush,
There is no destination to reach.
There is no timeline to follow.
The moon illuminates the path ahead.
Showing you only the next few steps.
That is all you need to see right now.
One step at a time,
One breath at a time.
As you continue climbing you come across a large stone beside the path.
And there's something about it that catches your attention.
You stop.
And gently remove the backpack from your shoulders.
Opening it you find a stone inside that represents the first thing that you are ready to release.
Maybe it's fear.
Maybe it is a pressure you have placed on yourself.
Perhaps it is an expectation you have been carrying for years.
Just take a moment to recognize whatever appears for you.
There is no need to analyse it.
You don't need to understand it completely.
Just acknowledge it.
And then gently place this stone.
On top of the one you found on the path.
As soon as you do this,
The light of the strawberry moon surrounds it.
The burden begins to dissolve into a silver light.
Until it disappears.
Completely.
Take a deep breath in.
And notice how much lighter you feel.
So put the backpack back on.
And continue your climb up the mountain.
The path winds gently upwards and the moon remains constant above you.
Its light feels really protective.
It feels like it is guiding you.
You now come across another large stone.
So once again,
I'm going to ask you to remove the backpack.
And look inside.
Here you see a stone.
That represents a belief that no longer serves you.
Maybe this is a belief that you're not good enough.
A belief that you have missed your chance.
A belief that you need to have everything figured out.
A belief that you must carry everything alone.
Or maybe it's something entirely different.
Just notice whatever appears.
And gently place this stone,
This belief,
Onto the largest stone on the path.
Watch as the moonlight absorbs it without any struggle,
Without any force without any resistance.
Simply release.
So put the backpack back on.
And continue your climb Notice how the backpack is becoming lighter with every step.
And you begin to understand that release is not about losing something important.
It is about making space.
Space for peace.
Space for trust.
Space for clarity.
Space for the parts of yourself that have been hidden.
Beneath the weight of everything you have been carrying.
A little bit further up the mountain you find another large flat stone.
And once again,
You pause.
You open your bag one more time.
And take out the last stone.
This time.
Allow yourself to release anything that has reached its natural conclusion.
Into this stone.
A version of yourself that no longer fits with who you are.
A dream that no longer feels aligned.
A role you have been playing.
Any responsibility that was never truly yours.
Thank it for what it taught you.
Thank it for the purpose it once served.
Then place it down and allow the moonlight to take it away.
You carry on walking and you reach the summit of the mountain.
The landscape stretches out before you in every direction and the sky feels endless.
The air feels clear.
And above it all shines the strawberry moon.
You stand there beneath its glow.
And feel its light pouring over you.
Feel it flow through the crown of your head down through your entire body.
It's moving through every part of you gently washing away anything that still remains.
Any lingering fear,
Any lingering doubt.
Any remaining pressure.
You do not need to hold on to any of it.
Notice that beneath all the layers you have released,
There is something steady.
Something solid.
Something that has always been there.
Like the mountain itself.
This part of you does not need to prove anything.
It does not need to rush,
It does not need to force.
It simply exists strong.
.
.
Grounded.
And whole.
So we're going to just spend a few moments resting here beneath the strawberry moon.
And allow yourself to receive its light.
Allow yourself to receive its wisdom.
Trust that life unfolds in seasons.
Some seasons are for growth.
Some are for rest.
And Salma for release.
This is a time of release.
Take one last slow,
Deep breath in,
Exhaling gently.
Feel the mountain beneath you,
The earth supporting you.
Feel the moon above you.
And I'm going to ask you to leave the visualization now.
By bringing your awareness back to your physical body.
Noticing your surroundings,
The surface beneath you Whenever you feel ready,
You can bring some movement back into your body.
And very slowly open your eyes.
Carry the energy of this strawberry moon with you.
Release what is no longer yours to carry and trust what remains.
And remember that your strength has never come from how much you can hold.
It comes from knowing when it is time to let go.
Thank you very much for meditating with me today.
It has been an absolute pleasure,
As always.
To guide you.
