Hello and welcome to this guided meditation that's going to last about 10 minutes and we're just going to take a deep journey into our heart centers and feel that love and that gravitational pull back to ourselves and to our self-love.
I invite you to lay down in a comfortable position and you're going to lean back,
Surrendering to the surface.
You're going to feel your legs opening up wide,
Feeling abundant,
Then you're going to spread your arms wide.
If laying down is not accessible for you at this moment,
I invite you to remain seated in a comfortable position or wherever feels comfortable for you.
Inviting you to close your eyes and I'm going to begin by playing a heart chakra sound bowl.
You're going to allow these sounds to come into your heart chakra,
Leaning back and surrendering.
Focusing on your breath,
Taking a breath in through the nose,
Holding it out through the mouth.
Now I invite you to take your hand,
Your right hand and place it over your heart.
You're going to take clockwise motions around your heart,
Out stretching your left arm,
Opening up that heart space more,
Breathing into your heart,
Feeling any emotions that come up,
Breathing them out.
Now I invite you to ask yourself,
How can I deepen myself love?
How have I been neglecting myself?
Am I too preoccupied about others?
Am I not focusing enough on myself?
Giving yourself love that you need.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Relaxing into the supported surface,
Surrendering,
Feeling safe.
Taking three quick breaths in through the nose,
Opening your arms up,
Out wide,
Outstretched,
Holding it,
Holding it,
Releasing out,
Making the sound,
Releasing any anger,
Any tension that exists.
Asking yourself,
Have I been spending too much time focusing on the outside world?
What's external to me instead of focusing internally on myself?
Remembering that the landscape of my internal wisdom is everything I need.
My soul is just experiencing a human life.
The world is a playground for my soul.
And when I come back internally to myself,
All the answers arise,
Returning to your heart,
Asking yourself,
What is it my heart wishes to tell me?
Breathing out,
Feeling the vibrations of the sound.
Filling up your heart space.
Coming back to your heart space.
Now we're going to release any anger that we hold in our hearts towards ourselves or others.
Envision what is it that I'm angry about?
What really pisses me off right now?
What resentments do I hold?
When we release our anger,
We are able to forgive and we are able to come back to love,
Acceptance,
Compassion.
Feeling that way towards others and asking yourself,
What did this anger teach me?
How has it changed me as a person?
What lessons have I learned?
What was the gift of this experience?
Thanking that life lesson for what it taught you.
You may not be able to think now the good about it,
But eventually it will come.
Everything in the universe and our lives happens for a reason.
The universe is working for you and for your soul to develop for the higher good.
Breathing into this feeling.
Feeling the love that you are,
Remembering that you are love and love is not something that you get from other people.
It needs to come from within first.
You are a whole person.
You are everything you need.
You are everything.
Now I invite you to repeat these declarations after me to yourself silently or out loud and feel free to add any of your own that pop up.
I love myself.
I forgive myself.
I accept myself.
I am interdependent.
I am highly intuitive.
I trust myself fully.
I am authentic.
I know who I am.
I feel supported and safe.
I am enough.
I know everything will always work out.
I invest in everything aligned with my heart and soul.
Breathing into this feeling.
Feeling your heart vibrating.
Giving yourself a big hug.
Thanking yourself for this time spent reconnecting with your heart's center.
Remember that you are love.
You are light.
And you are the change you wish to see in this world.
