So I want everyone to lean back into the surface,

Close your eyes,

And ask yourself,

How are you feeling?

Is there anything specific that you would like to focus on today,

To work on,

Anything that you would like to clear,

To change,

To transform?

I'm going to be guiding you on a process of self-discovery today,

Where you're going to be able to access your clarity,

Your intuition,

Your innate wisdom,

Which is within all of us.

And the more you do sessions like this,

The more you're going to be able to access the deeper parts of your state,

And be able to transform your emotions and clarify.

Your mind,

Body,

And soul is going to feel connected,

And you're going to feel clear,

And you're going to cleanse your chakras.

So,

Today we are calling forth the highest vibrations of unconditional love and light for everyone on this call.

May everything I say and do benefit you and benefit your highest good.

Do you accept all these intentions?

Say to yourself,

Yes.

So,

In this session,

Understand that it's not meant to be a conversation.

Really,

What I'm going to do is create a space for your emotions,

Feelings,

And sensations to flow,

For you to reprogram your subconscious mind,

And to create awareness of where you've been holding memories,

Trapped emotions that are held throughout the body.

And this process is going to allow the energy of past emotions to come up and come to.

We are focusing on creating a safe space for yourself here to feel,

Process,

And flow the energy of trapped emotions.

So,

Now let's begin with the body scan.

So,

I invite you to feel into your feet.

Imagine as if you have a lung in your feet,

Breathing into the feet area.

Thanking your feet for all that they do,

All the walking,

Holding you up,

And feeling any emotions that come from this.

Deep breath in through the nose,

Filling up your belly,

And releasing out through the feet.

Now moving along to your calves,

Feeling your calves,

Touching the ground,

Feeling the support that your calves have,

And breathing into them.

You can feel yourself clenching your calves and releasing,

As you feel the energy flowing up through your calves.

Breathing in through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

Now moving your energy along to your thighs,

Feeling your thighs pressing into the ground,

Asking yourself,

How do my thighs feel?

What relationship do I have with my thighs?

As your thighs too carry within.

Deep breath in through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

And now right next to the thighs,

Our chakra system begins.

So moving along from our thighs to our root chakra.

So the root chakra is at the base of your spine.

So you want to feel yourself breathing into your root chakra.

And you want to imagine the color red coming through there.

The root chakra is responsible for your survival in the world,

Grounding,

Safety,

And comfort.

So a lot of the time if you're feeling insecure,

Fearful,

Worried,

Not grounded in yourself,

That's because your root chakra is off balance.

So I'm going to grab my sound bowl right now,

And as we move along the chakras and breathe into them,

I'm going to play some sound healing for you.

Breathing into the root chakra.

Releasing.

And now I'm going to play some sound healing for you.

Repeating to yourself,

I am grounded.

I am safe.

And I am comfortable in the body.

Releasing any tension that remains here,

Any fear.

Letting it go.

Now moving along to your sacral chakra,

Which is about three inches below your belly button.

This chakra is responsible for your creativity and your emotional center.

So breathing into this chakra and imagining the color orange engulfing you there.

So when your chakra is balanced here,

You're capable to have fun and enjoy all the pleasures of life without feeling any guilt.

Your emotions are stabilized.

When your chakra is blocked,

You may feel apathy towards your emotions and have social anxiety.

So tell yourself here that you are stable.

You're able to enjoy all pleasures of life and breathe into this chakra.

Deep breath in through the nose,

Releasing out through the mouth.

Now releasing the tension in the sacral chakra.

Now releasing the tension in the sacral chakra.

Now releasing the tension in the sacral chakra.

Now placing your hand on your belly and making clockwise circles on your belly.

Breathing in and asking yourself,

What is my gut instinct telling me?

Is there anything that it wants me to know?

Any questions coming up that I've been wondering the answer to?

Breathing into your belly,

Holding your breath and releasing out through the mouth,

Clearing.

Now moving along to the solar plexus chakra,

Which has the color of yellow.

And this chakra is responsible for your strength,

Your ego,

Your power system,

Your digestion and your personality.

So when this chakra is blocked,

You may feel low self-esteem,

Feelings of powerlessness and weakness.

So in order to unblock this chakra,

We're going to breathe into it.

And tell yourself that you're moving towards all your goals in life with ease and full confidence.

So repeating,

I am confident,

I live life with ease and my goals are obtainable.

So your solar plexus is located right in between your belly button and your heart.

So you can locate that with your two fingers and tap on it.

Breathing into the tapping sensation.

Now you're going to take your right hand and place it over your heart center.

And now we're going to focus for a little bit longer on the heart chakra.

So taking circular motions around your heart chakra.

The heart chakra is responsible for love,

Acceptance,

Empathy,

Kindness,

Compassion.

And when this is blocked,

Anger and jealousy can come out and a lack of trust.

So just telling yourself that you're in tune with your heart and spirit and feeling the unconditional love that you are.

The sound bowl is tuned to the heart chakra note.

So feeling that embodying into your heart.

Keep taking clockwise circles around the heart.

The sound bowl is tuned to the heart chakra note.

The sound bowl is tuned to the heart chakra note.

The sound bowl is tuned to the heart chakra note.

The sound bowl is tuned to the heart chakra note.

Repeating to yourself,

I am love.

I am light.

I am releasing.

Breathing.

Feeling yourself connected to the earth,

Connected to the universe around you.

And then moving along to your neck.

Here you're going to feel the throat chakra.

So the throat chakra is responsible for communication,

Expression,

Honesty,

Purification.

So feeling into it here and asking yourself,

Is there anything that I'm holding back?

Anything that I'm not able to vocalize?

When this is blocked,

You may be unable to speak out your truth.

So feeling behind your throat with both your hands,

Giving yourself a little bit of a neck massage.

Breathing into this area.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

Now we're going to move up.

Now we're going to move up to the third eye chakra.

So that's right in the center between your eyebrows.

And this chakra is responsible for your connection to the universe and your imagination,

Your clairvoyance,

And your intuition.

So you're able to access your gifts of your sixth sense,

Your intuition here,

And also live out your dreams and create your dream life.

So a lot of the time if you have a lack of focus,

You're not really sure what you want,

This chakra can be a bit blocked.

So breathing in here to your third eye.

You may place a finger if you wish over your third eye,

Right in between your eyebrows.

Breathing into that area.

And feeling your eyes floating a little bit upwards with your eyes still closed.

Looking up towards your third eye though.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

And now we're going to move along to the final chakra,

The crown chakra,

Which is located at the top of your head.

This chakra is responsible for your knowledge,

Your spirituality,

Your consciousness,

And your self-realization.

So when this chakra is in balance,

You feel connected,

You feel oneness with all.

So if you have a bit of brain fog,

Depression,

Lack of faith,

And the unknown,

This may be blocked.

So breathing into the crown chakra.

Feeling connected to the oneness.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Now as you lie down,

You want to feel all of your chakras connected,

Intertwined.

And you're going to take a deep breath in from the root chakra.

And you're going to take a deep breath in from the root chakra.

Feeling it going up towards the crown of the head for your crown chakra.

And now you're going to take a three-breath to elongate,

Expand,

Extend.

So I invite you to take three quick breaths in through the nose.

Hold it.

Hold it.

Deep breath out through the mouth.

Now taking this again,

Three quick breaths in through the nose.

Hold it.

Hold it.

Breathe out through the mouth.

And now one final third time on your own.

Three quick breaths in through the nose.

Holding it as long as you can.

Sneak in another quick breath if you can,

Maybe two.

And now release it.

Deep breath out.

The biggest breath out that you've taken all day.

And now I invite you to just keep laying down,

Laying down,

Feeling how you've shifted during this session.

And we're just going to relax in Shavasana for a moment.

Nothing to do.

Nothing to say.

And when you hear the bell,

It will be time to open your eyes.

And now we're going to take a deep breath in through the nose.

And now we're going to open our eyes.

And now we're going to take a deep breath in through the mouth.

And now we're going to open our eyes.

And now we're going to take a deep breath in through the nose.

And now we're going to open our eyes.

And now we're going to open our eyes.

And now we're going to open our eyes.

Asking yourself,

How do I feel now?

What may have lifted?

How can I incorporate this mindfulness to the rest of your day?

And if you've not opened your eyes,

I invite you to open them now.

Shifting back into the room,

Into your space.
