Hi,

Welcome today.

My name is Isabella and then this is Annie and we're gonna be guiding you today on a sound healing heart chakra based meditation that's really gonna get you into your heart center and it's gonna amplify your self love and you're gonna come back to your soul essence of who you are.

So let's begin.

So I invite you to sit cross-legged in any comfortable position rooting through the ground.

You're gonna have the crown of your head reaching upwards towards the sky.

Allow your shoulders to loosen away from your ears and then you're gonna feel yourself grounding,

Rooting supported by the ground.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth and now I invite you to take some circular breath movements.

So deep breath in beginning at your root chakra.

Feeling the energy coming along the back of your spine rising up as you breathe in and then stopping at your third eye center holding the breath.

Breathing out through the front of your body.

Feeling these circular energetic movements breathing in through the back of your spine.

Up towards third eye.

Holding it and breathing out along the front of your body.

Taking a few more of these breaths on your own.

Feeling the sensation of the sound bone.

Coming into this present moment.

Taking one more circular movement breath.

And now I'd like you to set an intention for your practice today.

What is something that you'd like to bring more of into your life?

Whether it be self-love,

Self-acceptance,

Peace,

Joy,

Compassion.

Breathe in to that feeling and embody it as we begin the body scan portion of this movement of self and energy.

So I invite you to either stay seated or you may lay down in a comfortable position.

Whatever feels right for your body right here and now.

So breathing into your feet.

Asking yourself how do my feet feel?

Bringing love,

Kindness,

Compassion,

Forgiveness,

Acceptance into your feet.

Thanking your feet for all that they do for you.

Supporting you throughout the day.

Feeling your calves flexing.

Feeling the strength within.

Coming back to self.

Deep breath in here.

Let it go.

Any emotions that arise.

Breathe them out.

Moving along to your thighs.

Asking yourself how do my thighs feel?

Breathing in here.

Any judgment,

Any shame,

Release it.

Breathing love into your thighs.

Feeling the love that you are.

Your inner strength.

Deep breath in.

Let it go.

Moving along.

Let it go to our hips and our pelvis area.

Breathing into this area.

Any emotions that arise.

Letting them go.

Your root chakra or pelvis.

And breathing here is our creativity center.

Asking yourself what do I want to manifest?

What do I wish to create?

Breathing into that feeling.

Allowing anything to come up.

Process,

Flow,

Release.

Any tension,

Tightness,

Pain.

Anything that you've been carrying around that you want to release,

That you wish to let go of.

Breathe it out here.

Moving along to your gut.

I invite you to take your right hand,

Place it on your gut.

You can either go underneath your shirt or on top of it.

Taking circular motions around your gut clockwise.

Accessing your inner intuition.

And asking yourself how does my gut feel?

Is there anything my soul,

My body,

My mind,

My essence is trying to tell me?

You are your own greatest wisdom.

You know what is right,

What is best for you.

Breathing into any gut feeling that you have.

And listening to yourself.

Listening to your body.

Wisdom within.

Deep breath in.

Letting it go.

Now moving your hand up to your heart center.

Taking these circular clockwise motions around your heart space.

Asking yourself how does my heart feel?

Do I feel open?

Do I know that I am loved?

That love is what I get from within myself.

Breathing into that feeling.

Remembering that everything you need comes from within.

When we go searching outside ourselves.

This is where we come out of self.

We lose the essence of who we are.

When we think that a person,

A place,

A thing is going to bring us love,

Compassion,

Acceptance,

Forgiveness.

We need to find it within first.

Coming back to self.

Feeling your heart space.

Feeling the love that you are.

Embodying this.

Remembering those around us are mirrors for ourselves.

We can only feel from others.

See in others what we can within.

Making our internal landscape where we want to be.

And always coming from a place of compassion,

Acceptance,

Love,

Forgiveness towards ourselves first and foremost.

And then towards others.

Any judgment arises here.

Any criticism,

Any doubt,

Any person that you do not like or care for arises.

Let it go.

And instead ask,

What are they teaching me?

Right now I'd like you to bring a person to mind.

Let me bring up some unpleasant thoughts,

Emotions.

And I'd like you to release any negative emotions towards them.

Any heaviness comes up.

Ask yourself,

What has this taught me?

What did this person teach me?

What can I gain from this experience?

I'm never losing anything.

Everything is meant for me.

The universe is working for me.

Coming back to this feeling.

Releasing any anger,

Judgment,

Fear,

Criticism of the outside world.

And breathing in love,

Compassion,

Acceptance,

Forgiveness.

Knowing you are exactly where you need to be right now.

Everything has happened in your past for a reason.

For you to embody yourself,

Your purpose,

Your soul.

And release your hand from your heart.

Smiling.

Now taking your hands onto your shoulders.

Deep breath in here.

Breathing in to your shoulders.

Feeling them if you wish.

What responsibilities do I carry here?

I can release any judgments.

Anything I feel like I need to do.

I need burdens,

Responsibilities.

Let them go.

Being in the here and now.

Being present,

Guided,

Awareness.

Healing from within.

I invite you to take your hands and move them along your neck.

Up along your jaw into your temples.

Deep breath in here.

Opening and closing your jaw.

Vibrating at your highest frequency.

Feeling safe.

Feeling supported.

Feeling loved.

I invite you to rub your palms of your hands together.

Feeling the energy sparking.

Deep breath in.

Now taking your palms,

Feeling the energy emitting.

Putting them on your scalp.

Feeling your head.

Inviting any thoughts.

Being the witness.

Being the observer to yourself.

Feeling your soul.

Remembering that you're just a soul.

Living a human existence.

Coming back to self.

When we live in a place filled with anger,

Rage,

Judgement or criticism,

We feel that towards ourselves first.

Hurt people.

We feel that we're suffering this.

And instead,

When you feel any anger,

Judgement,

Fear,

Resentment arise,

Ask it to be let go.

And instead,

Come from a place of compassion,

Acceptance,

Love and forgiveness.

Focusing this.

Feeling a whole new world towards yourself and towards others.

If we all lived in this place on earth,

Where instead of anger,

We have love.

Instead of hate,

We have love.

Instead of resentment,

We have love.

Feeling the love that you are and embodying it towards yourself first,

And then outwards towards others.

Love is what you are.

Love is your nature.

Love is not something that you get outside of yourself,

But it comes from within first.

Feeling this,

Embodying it.

Feeling your soul tingling your energy.

And now we're going to take some E3 breaths to expand yourself.

Elongate.

Extend.

So we're going to take three quick breaths in through the nose.

Hold it.

Breathing in.

Exhale through the mouth.

Taking this again.

Three quick breaths in through the nose.

Sneak in two more.

Hold it.

Hold it.

Hold it.

Breathing out.

And on this last one,

You're going to expand beyond your body.

Feeling the ray of light as if it's coming down through the top of your head.

Breathing into your aura.

Three breaths in.

Hold it.

Hold it.

Feeling the area around you,

Your energy.

Breathe it out.

Now allowing yourself to sit in the silence and feel your soul vibrating.

And revelations coming up.

I invite you to take a smile on your face,

Thanking yourself for being present for this practice.

And now we're going to finish with one om.

Bringing your arms up.

And then we're going to take a deep breath in through the nose.
