The mind is like water,
When it's turbulent,
It's difficult to see,
When it's calm,
Everything becomes clear.
Prasad Mahes.
Welcome.
In a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale,
Release all tension,
Let go of any worries or stress you may be carrying.
This is your time to relax and find inner peace.
Focus on your breath,
Inhaling deeply for a count of 4 and exhaling for a count of 6 and while doing that,
With each breath,
Feeling,
Becoming calmer and more centered.
Now picture a serene garden with flowers,
Greenery and a warm sun on your skin.
As you walk through this garden,
Feel your body unwind.
Let go of tension in your shoulders,
Your neck and your back.
Visualize a tranquil pond in the garden.
The water is clear and still,
Representing your mind at peace.
If thoughts arise,
Just let them gently float away,
Like the leaves on the water.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center and imagine a radiant light growing there,
Filled with love and compassion.
And with each breath,
Let this light expand and soothe your entire being.
And as we conclude this short meditation,
Know that you can return to this peaceful garden within yourself whenever you need.
You deserve moments of peace and self-care.
So now,
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes and go with your day,
Carrying this sense of tranquility with you.
From my heart to yours,
With all my love and gratitude.
Namaste.
