This 8-hour sleep meditation invites you into a calm, ocean-infused state of serenity using a unique relaxation method focused on the head and face, followed by a gentle visualization of healing light flowing in a continuous arc through the body. You’ll be guided to soften the muscles of the face, settle the mind, and sense a loop of light moving from the head, out and around the body, and back in through the feet, like a slow, luminous tide.
