Hello beautiful and much welcome to this practice that's a deep invitation for you to heal,

Become present and to unarm your mind that's making you anxious about the future.

Finding peace and presence in the now is not only a spiritual wellness program,

It's the key tool for us to empower ourselves over that thinking mind trying to play tricks on us when constantly feeding us with worries,

Anxiety about future and insecurities.

In this intuitive practice I'm guiding you through a journey that's inviting you to unmask your worries,

Regain grounding in your trust and unique potential that the present space of possible is holding for you.

So if you are ready,

Take any comfortable position,

Take a deep inhale and exhale out and let us begin.

Okay let us begin by just breathing yourself into this present moment,

And breathing yourself into this body and let that be slow if it has to be slow.

Really take all the time you need here.

Your body might be full of energies that you've been gathering these days and they might not be very inviting for the soul to regain grounding in your body.

So take all the time here.

As you consciously inhale,

You're inhaling that fresh air,

That cosmic light that you are,

That cosmic unique essence of your being.

And as you exhale,

You're sending that energy into your body,

Paving the way for you,

Paving the path,

Expanding and cleansing that vessel that's your body,

So that it may be inviting for your soul.

Inhale and just see that color intuitively that's your essence right now.

Receive it from the cosmos just like that and breathe it into your body.

Open your body towards the ground.

Open your feet towards the ground,

Even your heart towards the ground,

So that anything that might be heavy on you,

Anything that might be occupying space that you need in order to be present,

Let everything melt into the ground that doesn't support your body and soul connection right now.

It is your body that actually always connects you to the now and your breath is the guiding force to connect your soul,

Your spiritual being with this physical home of yours.

Open the soles of your feet towards the ground,

Towards Mother Earth,

Who is holding you unconditionally,

Who is always in the present moment,

Knowing that everything is just as it's meant to be in every instant.

Breathe with her,

Feel her pulse and may it ground you,

May it slow you down.

Beautiful and take all the time you need here.

You might need some more time to really maybe touch your body,

You might want to place one hand on your chest or on your belly to truly find the trust in that physical soul connection,

Soul embodiment.

Watch your skin relax.

Watch every part of your being releasing into the ground.

Beautiful and see how are you feeling right now.

How are you feeling?

Are you feeling at all?

Do you feel stagnancy,

Numbness?

And know that there's nothing wrong with whatever you find.

Just expand with every breath so that you can create space for what wants to be there,

Create space for what's underneath the stagnant feeling and find compassion for you in this moment.

As you are becoming more and more present in the now,

You are actively letting go of the parts of you that still focused on the past or on the future so much.

You are bringing them back home into this body that's in the present moment.

Becoming more and more present.

Becoming more and more aware of all the motions inside of you.

And from here I'm inviting you to ask yourself which worries,

Which worries have defined you in the past days,

Maybe weeks?

Which worries have been coming through your thinking mind into your heart,

Into your body,

Taking your peace,

Your trust away?

What's the worry about?

Now take a moment to find words for that worry.

What is it that you are made to believe in more than to trust in your safety,

In your wholeness,

And what could be the worst thing happening to you?

If that worry turned out to be true,

To be real,

To manifest,

What could be the worst thing happening to you if that worry became an actual reality?

Because right now it's just a thought,

It's just a picture,

It's just a thought.

It's an idea that's trying to define you,

That's trying to control your peace.

And we don't just want to look away,

We want to face that energy,

Face it.

So if it became true,

What could be the worst thing happening to you in your life?

And to continue breathing,

Continue observing your body,

And always remember the earth is holding you safe.

So see how your body reacts,

How your nervous system reacts.

And take yourself seriously,

There's nothing ridiculous about that worry,

There's nothing ridiculous about facing it.

Acknowledge yourself.

Okay,

So what could be the worst thing happening to you?

Which price would you pay if it really,

If it turned out to be true?

And continue breathing,

Continue remembering that you are still connected to that essence from the cosmos,

You're still connected to the ground,

To your heart,

And to that soul that knows everything about your possible.

From this place of self-recognition,

Self-compassion,

And self-love,

I'm inviting you to dig underneath,

Underneath that worry.

What's the belief that's actually fueling that worry?

What's the belief that allows that worry to exist?

A belief can be any belief of mistrust,

Of you not being enough,

Of a simple belief in impossibilities.

What's the belief underneath that's nourishing that worry?

Find one belief,

There might be more,

Find one,

Maybe two,

That are nourishing that worry currently.

Continue to breathe in self-love,

And then see which past experience is actually fueling it,

That belief.

So where was that belief born?

Is there a past experience where you actually lived that experience,

Who actually approved that belief to be true?

Where life proved to you that,

Yeah,

Nothing is possible,

Or you are not enough,

Or you have to work harder to gain what you long for?

So what's the experience that that belief was born from?

If at all it was a real experience,

Maybe it wasn't,

Maybe it was just somebody telling you all over again that belief until you believed it.

Maybe it never happened for real,

But maybe somebody kept on reminding you of that belief.

So go back to where was that belief born?

Okay,

And why did you have to believe it?

No matter what you're finding right now,

Why did you have to believe it?

Was there lack of self-confidence,

Lack of self-love,

Lack of knowledge how to catch yourself,

How to carry yourself,

How to be safe within yourself?

What was the inner luck that made you believe,

That made you accept that belief,

That made you choose to believe?

What's the inner luck,

The wound,

That door that opened your heart towards believing that life?

Take all the time you need here.

You can always pause the audio.

And I'm inviting you to always come back to your heart,

Ground your heart,

Come back to your body and this present moment that you have,

That's breathing you,

That's connecting you to life,

That's connecting you to the cosmos and to Earth.

And when you're ready,

I'm inviting you to see right now in your life,

You might want to see yourself like in a movie in your life,

In this present moment of this date today,

This hour,

This moment,

This body of yours with this breath you're taking.

What resources do you have now that you didn't have to have?

What resources do you have now that you didn't have by then?

Confidence,

Self-love,

Some bit more of that belief that you can be enough,

Some bit more of that capability to assure yourself,

To hold you in a child,

To believe that there could be more truth than one,

That you can rewrite your story.

What is the inner resource that you have?

And maybe it's an outer resource,

Maybe it's a net of people who love you unconditionally and by then you didn't have that net.

Maybe it's a supportive partner,

Family,

Colleagues,

Friends.

What's the resources you have within and around you that you didn't have by then?

You had no choice but believing into that belief that's still fueling your worry.

Is it actually up to date?

Could it be that today you have much more or at least more resources than you had that time and that there's a possibility that this time it can work out differently?

Just breathe in that possibility and let your resources echo in your body,

In your mind,

In your memory,

In that space around you,

Your aura.

Let your soul remind you for a minute of who you are,

What you can do,

What you've already grown into and what you've already healed from.

Beautiful.

There you are.

I'm inviting you to take a moment to breathe as you are washing that belief that was nourishing your worries.

Just wash it with an energy that's of the present moment.

Just ask intuitively the cosmos to provide you with an energy,

With a flow,

With a color,

With a stream of an energy that's of this present moment.

And that washes away everything that's outdated about that belief,

About that so-called reality,

That mistrust.

Let it cleanse your heart,

Your body.

Breathe that energy that's of the now and that's going to wash away everything that's actually not up to date,

That's no longer true for you and your life experience.

It doesn't have to be true anymore because you have grown and you have the capability to face life in a different way.

You're more conscious now and you can choose afresh what beliefs are nourishing your image of your future of your visions,

Of your plans,

Of your possibilities.

Breathe and let the now wash away everything that's no longer true and that will never be true again in your life.

As you're receiving the new truth,

The new possible,

The new belief,

Try to find words for a new belief.

Maybe it's a 100% affirmative belief with confidence and trust but it doesn't have to be.

There might still be a shaking voice,

Some worries within that belief and that's okay.

This is about being honest with yourself and rewriting that belief in a way that it feels true for you right now.

Not selling you for some past experiences or shrinking your potential to something smaller than you are.

Find a new belief and let it be the fire of fueling your thoughts,

Your plans and even your worries.

Feel there's some weight being lifted off your worries.

See there's some trust that's always there at your disposal in the present moment and then with your feet and your heart you will be able to move forward.

And know that even if it comes to the worst,

You are armed,

You are equipped,

You have resources and you will survive.

You will go through,

You will learn,

You will heal and you will grow,

You will ride a new truth for yourself that's possible for you.

And all you have to do is take in one moment at a time.

You don't have to know what's going to happen next week,

Next month or next year.

It's enough to set intentions,

To update your beliefs and to keep trusting that all you have is the now.

You can model the thoughts of the now,

Frequency of the now and your inner truth of the now.

So take a couple of deep breaths here intending to connect you closer to the now.

To the belief that's true in this moment.

To the trust that the future will unfold in a way it's meant to be for you and in a way that will never be bigger than what you are capable of holding in that moment.

Trust and give all the anxiety and fear into the ground.

Once again reconnect to the love of Mother Earth holding you safely.

And once you're ready breathe yourself back into this physical space you are in back from this trance.

Feel yourself,

Feel your body in this world,

Your small world and feel the belief that's nourishing you in this moment and that's defining your future.

Embrace yourself and thank yourself for the courage to let go of the past.

For the wisdom you've already gained.

For the compassion you created for yourself today.

I wish for you the most peaceful and beautiful day ahead.

Remember you can only live a moment at a time and I can't wait to see you next time.
